  • In this video I made a delicious stir fried onchoy with pork bellies and fermented soy bean. It is very favorable with a nice salty taste of the fermented soy bean and sweetness of the palm sugar. My family loved it and they all rated a 10 of 10.

    I love all your videos!! Your cooking always makes my mouth water. Thank you for sharing all your recipes. If I haven't discovered you I wouldn't know how to cook Khmer food. My parents taught me well but I was just to young and now that their gone I can learn from you. Thank you so much!
