These look lovely ! In the "Lip Brush Demo" portion of the video, are you wearing the Givenchy palette on your eyes as well ? The look is so beautiful I wish you filmed it 😍
Your makeup looks lovely in this video (as always) but especially today! I feel like I've seen you wear that eye palette a few times and it always looks amazing on you. These lippies have intrigued me since their launch but have been sold out in the colors I want; potentially I'll pick up a few when they come back. I know you asked about Dior CS awhile back and I was just going to tell you you're not alone in let's call it a challenging experience with them. I finally got my broken quints replaced after nearly a month- I had pretty much given up on it and finally a box arrived with no warning or tracking. Crazy! Anyway it's not just you. Happy Sunday!

Hi Lexi, Thanks for this informative video! Ohhh, that red (rouge graine) looks amazing on you 😍! The nude is great too, but that red is 'spicy'. The deep velvet lipstick formula looks beautiful too. One thing I am noticing with the velvet matte lipsticks that are available in different brands is that they are flattering on my mature lips. I've found that they don't dry out my lips or look dry like the standard matte lipstick. It must be the plushness of the velvet finish. I also love how they wear too, they seem to fade evenly (I hope I'm making sense). DId you notice a difference regarding the 'feel' of the sheer matte as opposed to the deep matte lipstick? I find that the look of the sheer velvets are not quite as plush looking as the deep velvets but they still have a velvety texture on the lips when you build them up and a soft blurred velvet with a sheer layer. The sheer mattes feel like the deep velvets after they have been worn for a while and have kind of set on your lips. I hope this helps! Have a great weekend!

Lexi, you are a Soft Autumn colortype. Can you research best lips colors for Soft Autumn type and try it on camera, please. So hard to find a beauty blogger who is Soft Autumn.
In the demo you can see how deeply they can be built up. They are not as deep as the deep velvets but comparable to a typical lipstick level of pigmentation.
Perhaps it is #10 beige nu in the sheer velvet line or the deep velvet line (red velvet cap)? It is the one I keep missing but it is currently on the givenchy site (bit.ly/3FmGF4E not affiliated). They don't have any 110 in any of their current velvet formulas. The other possibility is that it was a discontinued line as these sheer velvets replaced some older formulas which had black leather caps I believe instead of the pink velvet. I hope this helps! If this is the right color, it will be restocked as it is permanent.

Sephora has the ingredients listed and i don’t see any beeswax. I am not home right now to check the box.
Maybe you can help. I fell in love with a givenchy "semi matte" seen at Sephora #110 although do not see it on their website.
