Good video showcasing where the state of the art is currently at in this field.
In my opinion I think some commenters are delusional in thinking you suggested this is a cure for traffic jams. Pretty sure I heard you say "in that IMAGINARY scenario..."

The 6-wheeler is the latest model, and actually tech-wise one of the simpler one. EREV with a gas tank to charge both car and drone. It got 100-unit order from a science institute already. Some people can use it as a truck too, just drop off the drone at home. It even looks close to CyberTruck.

yes. so the 6-wheeler will be the next one that they are actually working on. the Xpeng “X3” will be after it

That see-through dashboard should have been implemented in their X9 as it has a long sloping windscreen where the front is too far for the driver to reach. Such a dashboard will nullify that problem while functioning as a HUD without blocking the view of the driver.

sorry, but this whole video and flying cars as a concept are laughable. They don't solve any problems and are dangerous. And you saying they will solve traffic jams is nothing short of delusional

    • @ChinaDriven

Don’t think they will solve traffic. Just a bit of tongue in cheek

I do also agree with you there is added danger with then being airborne which is why I think Aeroht’s EVTOLs are designed to be autonomous hoping to remove the chance of human error.

it's already available if you are interested to fly it, they already tested flying it in Sahara desert, Greenland, Siberia, Australia, South Africa, Quatar, Germany, Russia, Canada, USA, Japan, Argentina and Brazil although in China itself

flying cars is only an alternative to expensive helicopters and quick jump from one location to another location, it is not intended as of now to solve traffics
