Lake Gogebic State Park + Kakabika Falls, Bond Falls, Gabbro Falls & Little Girls Point

July 2023 - My annual camping trip with Jen at Lake Gogebic State Park in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. It was the year of finding all the waterfalls. Kakabika Falls and Gabbro Falls were new to us. Also visited Bond Falls again, which we love. And finally made it to Little Girl's Point for all the awesome rocks and Lake Superior, of course.

Love watching your adventures with your friend. Love the witty remarks back and forth to each other. Every UP trip begins with our beautiful bridge. And what's a UP trip without a visit to Superior. I never get the UP towns correctly pronounced until I happen upon it by way of someone else authoritatively pronouncing it. Looked like great great fun.

Next time you're in the area you should check out yondota falls. You do have to drive like 4 miles down a gravel road though.
Also Agate falls and Black River Harbor if you haven't been there before, oh yeah and the Presque Isle river mouth.
