I only read Frankenstein once and while I can see why it's a masterpiece, I couldn't avoid feeling utterly annoyed. Victor Frankenstein (doctor Frankenstein? No sir, he's just a college dropout) is an insufferable man-baby who spends half of his existence playing God and the other half WHINING. If he's not whining, he's in bed with a fever. He's absolutely unable to take responsibility for any action, even when the victims are his loved ones, and what's really unnerving, everyone seems to instantly sympathise with him and coddles him to no end. On a more positive note, the "monster" is surprisingly well-spoken and able to verbalize complex reasoning - which came as a real surprise to me, considering how his movie counterpart was barely able to communicate with single words and inarticulate sounds. To get back to the book shown here, the design is really neat and the drawings are beautiful. I love the detail of the pencil lines! :) Thanks for the presentation, great content as usual
Oh yeah. This looks like just the sort of thing I'd love. Really appreciate that you spotlight things like this.
No problem! It’s an amazing looking book! It’s hard to show off how great it looks on camera!
I really love Black and White comics. That's the way I draw them too.
I love them too! What comics do you draw??

Yes! Haha Dr Frankenstein is hard to have sympathy for! It makes you want to root for the monster! And thank you!
This is a really beautiful book. The Dracula book is also great. Didn’t realize they’re doing a hunchback book too. Interesting.
@@ZizouZico Yea! I need to pick up the Dracula book still. And I’ll definitely be getting Hunchback when it’s out.
That is most likely white paint. You can also tell he loves the toothbrush. This was a great review, I won't lie the kickstarter didn't grab me.
@@fireboy312002 Thanks!
Yea! They should’ve emphasized how amazing of an artist’s edition this is!
Great book indeed 🙌 Just fell off my European Horror Toplist 😢🤓
@@bobfishpresents It really is!
