Okay many people have this same query but I can only say from what I have seen is they have completed most of the construction with is needed so maybe it will be functioning as soon as the new batch arrives!
@@rkd4407Sir a college is not gonna blindly start taking admission without arranging hostel facilities for students. Maybe they will shift the new batch directly to the new building or if not a college must be having other plans. They are not gonna abandon thier own students
