I searched eBay for the part, something like "kindle usb port".
Do you have an email address that I can contact you please? I have exactly the same problem, but it is beyond my skills.
Lol. Great work but not worth it on that cheap junk.
It saves having to discard something that otherwise works fine.
Why not?If you got the time? The port doesn't cost a lot and a new kindle would be way more expensive.It's just sad how some people just go really full into throwing away good stuff.A real problem with today's society. 🙈
