Great video! I agree on the tri-fold hanging toiletry bags, they never worked for me for travel either. I repurposed my Vera Bradley one for feminine products, each clear section holds a different flow, and the large pouch at the bottom holds pads, and I put feminine wipes, liners, etc. in the slim top pocket. I have a small clear hook in our water closet, and when it’s my time of the month, I just leave it hanging there with everything I need. Then I restock it and put it away for next month.

I’m with you on the Stoney clover- I caved and bought one bag for my princess loving daughter…so expensive for something I could find cheaper, even if it is a cute print. I’m so excited to buy the FUL luggage though- my husband is finally caving as we plan our Disney trip 🧳

I love to hear what everyone likes and dislikes and how things work for different families. I bought the “Lucy” princess bag per your recommendation and we love it! I put my 2 year olds toiletries which like you said isn’t much but I also put in her socks, undies, hair bows, and bath toys. I find that although she doesn’t have many toiletries its a great bag to keep all of her other miscellaneous items in.

We've been subscribers to your channel for about a year now and I think you've had a good mix of functional and trendy pieces for travel. If someone watches anyone and thinks they MUST have a certain stylish bag for their trip to be successful, they are going to fly away with the next trend anyway. We like watching you because you are interesting and exciting and it's fun to live vicariously through you since some of us aren't able to travel to Disney very often. Anyone who's been an entrepreneur knows that looking back we would all have done many things differently but you live and learn. It's all a part of the journey!! 100% agree on the Petunia bag! I love my weekender, but I NEED a princess print! Ok don’t “need” but for real, I need it lol. I used it as my “kid bag” for a trip in November. Fit both kids diaper bag needs, snacks, blankets etc and it was so nice to not have to rummage while on the plane! Appreciate the what works/what doesn’t video. This was great!

Also wanted to echo your recs for (1) the meds bag (cute and cheap but holds a ton!) and (2) the Petunia duffel and the big intermix organizers! I bought the duffel and intermix as a bundle but actually went back and bought a second of the intermix-I have one in each of our cars with diapers, extra snacks, etc. Thank you for all the frankness as always! 🧳
You gave me a solution for a swim bag - I’m going to try your Lychii Cosmetic bag for our pool organizer in the large size… hoping the size works. I love that I can put all the swim gear inside of it so I don’t have to pack multiple small bags of swimwear, spf, hair ties, sunglasses, toys, etc!
I too sold all my Disney Stoney Clover pouches. I do have a few solid ones but I use those for makeup. Totally agree with you and I see so many others say the same thing.

🧳 Thank you for sharing these great items. I had not used packing cubes until I watched one of your first pack with me videos. I bought them for our trip to Disney this year. It help me plan my outfits out and I did not run out of clothes. I also was able to find a Disney suitcase on Amazon. I am trying not to over pack. I bought the smaller square Stoney clover with my the Fanny pack. I can use that to put medicine in when not in Disney. I added Minnie Mouse to my smaller pouch.
🛄I appreciate the candor. I also hate the way the compression packing cubes just become like little round clothes torpedoes. I'll stick with them for now, because they're useful when not compressed just to sort things, and I love using the smallest one for my swim stuff in my carry on for arrival day. But maybe this summer I'll splurge on this other set. Your tips have been super appreciated over the last year or so! I feel the same about the SCL. I love fanny packs, and I've looked at theirs, but I adore the one from Baboon to the Moon and Herschel so much more. So I've just been collecting those in their various colors. Feels more unique when I'm in the parks anyways!

Love the honesty and the holy grail personal item bag- my husband and I were happily influenced by the Bagsmart personal item bag and LOVE IT! we packed our family of 4 and a slumber pod for a long weekend trip to Disney in 2 of them. What do you prefer standing in line for rides? I want to buy the side sling you suggested for my 2 year old but do you do a fanny pack or a backpack sling with that?! I'll have a stroller backpack I'll leave behind when standing in line.
Yeah, the compression package cubes seemed like a great idea for me too, they are great if you have items that squish down the compression works well but like you said, if they are full you can’t really compress them anyway. And don’t be sorry for not liking something. Just say it if you don’t think they are needed or worth it. I can see that everyone appreciates your view. We are coming to Florida in June from Australia. I am so looking forward to doing a Amazon/Walmart shop to get all the nifty things we will need.

I talked myself into not buying the Stoney clover bags because I can’t justify the price tag, but I ended up getting a couple of their target collection items which I love so far. Sometimes we buy things because of FOMO more than anything else and I imagine as an influencer you feel the need to be "in" with that kind of stuff, but I think as long as something is working for you it doesn’t matter if it was 200$ or 5$ 🤷🏽♀️. Loved the review and a couple of the bags are already on my amazon cart for our next trip🤣🧳🧚🏼♀️✨

Try to stay in my lane and only purchase things that I'm genuinely interested in but fell for the Stoney fad. 🤪
I love my MiaMily carry-on suitcase! It has a seat where I can flip up and have my 3yo sit and ride on it. When I'm not traveling with her, I just have it folded down and it looks like a regular suitcase

I feel the exact same way about the stoney clover stuff. I definitely only bought them to fit in. The only thing I enjoy that I bought was the Fanny pack, and even that I don’t want to wear bc it was so expensive I don’t want to get it dirty which is insane.
I feel the same way about the Stoney Clover bags. I finally bought a Fanny pack and to be honest it’s no different than buying one off of Amazon or Etsy for way cheaper.
I found the compression packing cubes annoying to unpack and repack, so many zippers, I agree that they pack so puffed in the middle that you can’t fit as much I will be purchasing a set of your favs for our next trip as I think the stay open will be magical for “living out of” we take a week long trip every summer to a resort in NY and always unpack into the drawers I’m hoping this will make it faster. In your defense, everyone and I mean everyone went through a Stoneyclover phase last year😂. The Disney prints and patches were just so darn cute! The belt bags too! I bought a few items as well due to your recommendations and others for my WDW trip and I didn’t regret it. I enjoyed it lol 😂. I’m also a Disneyland magic key holder so I felt I could use them after. In the end, I got over the phase and have 1 item left and the rest come from Amazon as “dupes” which are super similar😅

I went through a big SCL phase last year after seeing them everywhere and then sold them all because they weren’t practical and were not great for packing. They were beautiful, but that’s it.

🧳 I agree with you on the hanging toiletry bag and compression packing cubes! I wanted to love my hanging toiletries bag, and it has its place, but its just not my go to. I ordered compression cubes for my next trip, but returned them because I just like my regular Amazon Basics ones better.
Also with the FOMO... my youngest is about Bella's age, and when he was a baby I jumped HARD on the Little Sleepies bandwagon. I do like the pajamas, but its just silly to spend $90+ to get each of my 3 kids a single pair on a regular basis. At least they hold resale value! 😅
