    I found blanched it quickly of the vegetable. and Hang it to dry. With the fan on, you can start fermenting within a couple of hours without help to dealing with yellow leaves.

    Why is it bad if a leaf comes off? It won’t ferment? I’m confused as to why it won’t work? Can you help explain to me please? I’m new to fermenting

      Great question! Those loose leaf sometimes can get rotten more easily and ruin the whole jar. Hope you enjoy your fermenting journey!
