    This one was so hard!!!! At the beginning you’re like “20s rest after each exercise?! Easy” and in the end when you’re exhausted you wish it was more than 20s rest😂 nice one thanks Caro!!😍

    me, having done an intense cardio wkout before this one: *no, let's not get our heart rate up together*
    me, working out in my crowded room with crap hangin on the walls, at the end of the wkout: *findawallfindawallfindawall*
    me, having found a wall to perform the wall sit upon: *staring off into space not even feeling wall sit because said heart rate was indeed escalated very much*

    This is more cardio than strength training. So don't expect the development of muscle mass (round booty for example) from doing it :)
