Wonderful! This is a really clear outline of how we interact with people from our 'ego' if we are not aware. When you meet a new person you can feel self conscious, have a need to be liked and try to sell yourself so to speak. Its like performing, acting, playing a roll/image and takes effort. You have an image that you want to maintain, it's a pressure. If you 'be' your genuine self, your true authentic self, it takes no effort at all. That is freedom. If people don't like you, or judge you, that's ok
