The ad copy must resonate with the audience, Keep it conversational, show social proof and focus on one call to action. Do not worry about the size of the copy. It can be long or short.

Yes video ads run using ads manager wont reflect on your insta page. There is one hack though, do it only if you have to. Copy the video link and run a traffic ad on fb. Not an effective hack but you can try and see the outcome.
