“Wicked women are for wicked men, and wicked men are for wicked women. And virtuous women are for virtuous men, and virtuous men are for virtuous women. The virtuous are innocent of what the wicked say. They will have forgiveness and an honourable provision." (24:26)
According to the Tafsir of Ibn Kathir,
Ibn `Abbas said, "Evil words are for evil men, and evil men are for evil words; good words are for good men and good men are for good words. This was revealed concerning our mother Aishah (RAW) and the people of the slander." This was also narrated from Mujahid, `Ata', Sa`id bin Jubayr, Ash-Sha`bi, Al-Hasan bin Abu Al-Hasan Al-Basri, Habib bin Abi Thabit and Ad-Dahhak, and it was also the view favored by Ibn Jarir. He interpreted it to mean that evil speech is more suited to evil people, and good speech is more suited to good people. What the hypocrites attributed to `A'ishah was more suited to them, and she was most suited to innocence and having nothing to do with them.

About the latter ayah, as sheikh assim al hakeem has mentioned, it is a common misconception among people who think that is about marriage, when it's actually about our mother aisha when she was falsely accused of things she didn't do. "Good is for the good" and vice versa refers to the people who thought good about her and the others who didn't. It doesn't say that being a pious/good person will get you a spouse that is the way you are.

That’s irrelevant. Myron is telling non Muslims to embrace a practice (eg sleeping with multiple women) which goes against religion and even on a secular level is bad for society. By this principle it would be permissible to sell alcohol to non Muslims but that is not true.

I’ve thought about it. What if after the marriage she cannot give him children, or isn’t fulfilling his sexual desire but that was in the nikkah contract. Would he in Islam be allowed to remarry.

If a man is “living an Islamic life” dating isn’t even on his radar, marriage with the right Muslim woman is the only thing on the table and it’s facilitation in Islam has been made easy. Myron is claiming that it is hard to find that kind of woman for Muslims when really it isn’t, the path he’s advocating will only result in those same men going for broken woman at the end since that will be all that they know.
Non-Muslims will struggle with every other simple aspect of life since they do not have the guidance and truth with them, an open invitation for someone like you to read the Quran and seek out the truth. Myron and the RP aren’t saving you.

Therefore, the logic "Oh, Islam doesn't work now" essentially suggests that Allah's guidance is no longer applicable and that human, man-made opinions are more valid. We are basically giving these folks more influence and power.
We need to encourage muslims to at least stop following these folks online, and we need to get some scholars involved to actually give fatwah about whether this is haram or not, cuz it feels like haram, and we are all doing it.

I would just advise the regular Muslim to stay away from social media, if you aren’t doing business, teaching others something beneficial or doing dawah then it’s best to stay away until you get involved in that capacity. We are living in dangerous times, the fact that this whole RP wave affected Muslim youth the way it did shows how much damage extensive social media use can cause.
And don’t use the excuse that you’re watching Islamic content on it, this is fine if you’re disciplined in how you spend that time and actually learning and not just mindlessly consuming. But for most, you should be getting connected to your local mosque and attending the Halaqat there, this is where you will succeed. Not in staring in front of a screen all the time. Don’t be a consumer be a producer. Seek and gain knowledge in the real world, make connections and then with the right intention, if you want you can come back and be a producer in these spaces in sha Allah. Until then, you have to be off social media this stuff is not good for you right now.

I agree with everything said in the video except for two points, the no second wife in marriage contract is allowed by big scholars not womenism and it's actually a thing if you want to have a second wife divorce the first one and then marry another two or remarry her with a new contract you can't choose whether something is allowed or not brother be careful, the second one with the maid is true too and agreed upon by big scholars but it mostly depends on the traditions of the country and the financial ability of the man, and nothing is wrong with them.
