People don't like to talk about the good they only focus on the bad and that's truly sad but I truly appreciate that you took the time to bring attention to these new things I'm glad that there is someone out there that doesn't look at the game negatively
I don't see bad things about this parch
This patch is a straight up W. Sure, Petros seems scary (this is entirely on paper, we don't know modifiers) but literally everything else coming next week is dope.
Hell yeah, I can be pretty critical of what they've been doing lately, you've seen it in the discord lol, but this is undeniably a W patch.
how is 50/50 on shimmers a W? thats dog. its already nearly impossible to get one, takes 100 and most f2p players only have 1 or a couple. this is only good for whales and hardcore fans that already have an advantage which objectively makes the entry curve higher and deters new players plus balance. itll be another season of whales running rampant with their fancy shimmer while everyone else suffers. It's nothing but a lazy power trip for a small percent of players. if youre a dislyte no life it benefits you, in no way the majority or casual players. Until dislyte figures that out this game will be dying and criticized

While it is important to appreciate the good aspects of the game I think its more important to remind ourselves that at the end of the day this is a company and its first and foremost goal is to make money. Everything that is done in the game, good or bad is not to benefit the player but to make the company money or lay the ground work for future business decisions. Just because a company makes a business decision that benefits you in some way, does not mean that decision was made with you in mind. So yes, celebrate good things but remain critical and strive to give constructive criticism in the places you want to see meaningful change, vote with your wallet and your engagement with the game.
Also on the note of "too many shimmers are coming" shimmers have always been a problem for the game since Xuan Pin, Feng Nuxi and the shimmer rework (Tevor/Raven), there has been a shift towards this for a long time. In my opinion if you are complaining about too many shimmers, Daji R6 for example is a shimmer in a legendary skin. Learn to counter the meta, and save your wish stones for a counter to a problem you might have in PVP don't spend recklessly and be patient.

yes i agree. why can't they give us a choice of the esper resonance in the boxes. would it really be that bad for their financials for us to choose our own instead of a limited pool of powercrept units no one uses anymore? im sorry but literally the only 'good' options in the first reso box were brewster and ashley and both are already losing their spots in the only pve content they are good in.
@@thigarette Clara was a good choice in the 1st box aswell, Elaine and ishtar are good units in the 2nd box, also we are being given divs now so that's a good thing. I still think Ashley is a good unit as she can help slower units cut in due to her ap push on being hit. There are uses for espers you just need to find their use. Brewster will always be good in pve so there's that too.

The loyalty chests are such are good addition to the game. Resos are so important for many espers. The featured espers are not the strongest in the meta but you can collect resos for the ones you like the most without worrying about wishstones. I finally got the last two ones for my Elliot and I‘m going to continue with Intisar.
the momo championship thing is such a good change and i don’t know why it’s not being talked about more! it looks like new championship espers might get two runs to guarantee a copy for everyone!!! that’s crazy! 😱

Don't get me wrong they are making some nice improvements to championship, and in general, but the fact you still don't get a copy from placements alone, when THEY HAD IT LIKE THAT IN PTR, is still pretty horrible.

there are plenty of issues with the game still but it’s nice to get some positive things happening.
the only thing dislyte players know to do is cry, thats why i never pay attention to almost anyone on the community except a few helpful people, because theres never a way to keep them happy they will always nitpick or whine about any little detail, personally i think petros looks amazing, and everyone is just trashing its design

I do really like the changes coming, and it seems like the Dislyte devs really do move in a better direction. Petros I don’t really care about? What can I say I am biased, I always thought the furry bara designs slap and I love them very much. Since I don’t like Petros‘ design too much I simply won’t get him and that it. Idk it feels like at this point people complain about Dislyte for the sake of complaining. Many of them don’t read patch notes anyway. That’s my 2 cents lol

Yeah, I know that dislyte is far from perfect and yeah Petros def looks very strong, but it is still very annoying when people will only ever complain no matter what happens
I just think Petros is very weak design. Even if he wasn't going to end up being an Anthro (which would have sold like hot cakes), He reminds me more of greek architecture in general more than the Labrynth hes in. Thematically he fails to evoke the connection of Esper to Deity/God/Myth and I just wished they commited more to making him fit the role visually one way or another.
I can appreciate some of the changes they did this patch, but I will express my dissappontment over a unit that I think is weakly designed
Artiar spitting straight facts! Dislyte is really turning over a new leaf with all these QoL changes and I'm sure most people will agree it feels amazing!! There are only 3 things I'd still complain about.
1) Every new Shimmer isn't just OP, it makes you questions your beliefs lol. I understand they need to make money and a new shimmer drops every 2 months but it would just be nice if the shimmers they released were dialed back like 20% on their OPness.
2) They need to do quarterly (every 3 months) balance/ rework patch for older espers so they can re enter the meta in either PvP or PvE and not just catch rust. This would allow older and newer players to use all of their lego espers viably in different content.
3) BUFF UNAS!! MOTHER OF GOD THEY NEED TO MAKE UNAS SO THAT HE ACTUALLY FEELS LIKE A SHIMMER LEGO. Aside from him having the 35% spd lead in triple threat he is useless. Every other shimmer shines somewhere but Unas is outshined by other ap pushers like clara and asenath that also provide value in other ways. I understand at r6 he is busted but I feel all shimmers legos should be viably broken in some aspect of the game at r0.
Aside from these complaints I feel Dislyte is going in a really positive direction with this patch and the last patch. Thank you devs for listening and thank you Artiar for keeping up on the videos. Just let the devs know they need to buff Unas, please!!!

I will agree with you that the community is a bit whiny about a good patch coming. Unfortunately, this is where I come in to complain a bit too.
I know it's a bit of a joke that some of these characters are made for Gay Furries (Like Jin Qiu, Javid) but you would be amazed how many of us actually play the game just for them. The fact that we had two characters with Bull deities coming this patch was exciting, because us Furries were ready to have a Buff Bull Man but instead we ended up getting two Humans with Horns. No matter how bad the character is, we just love to have our big men. Lilith keeps wanting to cater to us but unfortunately missed the shot with these designs. I have Shimmer Records and a Shimmer Pity ready for the moment we get a Furry Bara Shimmer Dude.
Before anyone comes in saying "We have Djoser, we don't need another Bull Man." Let's be real, who is using Djoser in 2024? I love that man to pieces, but that man is not good in any content in the endgame, except maybe Apep. Even then, y'all are allowed to be hyped about the next Human Female Esper who bears some resemblance to their Deity, but we can't have more than on Furry of the same species?
I love Dislyte and I'm going to continue playing. I know the whole video was about the community being whiny, but I hope this puts into perspective on why Petros' design is a bit... Controversial with us. The game has been very generous with Furry characters which I'm thankful for. There are many players like myself who save up records just to pull for them. Let's just hope we get another cool Bull Man in the future.
some people just can never be satisfied really. theyve been very generous with pvp rewards and even pve rewards, event rewards now including a free legendary, cheaper resos from ws, even bringing back shimmer reverb for a second pull. daily and weekly rewards these days are far FAR better than they were before. it's literally common in gacha games to introduce strong characters in consecutive patches to stir up meta, otherwise it will literally stay the same. and the way some people are upset that minotaur isnt minotaur like in the myth is kinda rich, then might as well change up jin qiu to a human since thats what he is. im really surprised that petros' design upset people tbh.. like i understand you want something new to thirst over (i was expecting it to be a generic minotaur as well), but to see his design reimagined like that is refreshing. it's not like any other minotaur many games already has.
100% Agree, people need to stop complaining about the stuff that makes the game receive money, it's for the good and it doesnt affect the lower player base that arent whales, or minimaly at least

I agree with your comment but if you do read my comments the average player doesn’t have ikki or Wu you. We are nowhere near pity on our shimmer pulls and we don’t receive a lot of shimmer rewards, that being said I finish ko usually in the top 10% area. I finish beatbout even higher but not high enough to where I will receive a decent amount of shimmer fragments etc. I was given 4 shimmer records back as a refund for the new system. When they announced the first reverb I used all the shimmer records I’d been saving to try and get Anna. I fell like 8 pulls short of pity and didn’t get Anna. My 50/50 didn’t hit. To put the difference in rewards in shimmers into perspective. I got 4 refunded as a top 10% player. I saw Artiar claim his refunded amount in a video. He claimed 39 lol. I think it was 1 refunded per a certain number of pulls you had made in a certain time, So that amount multiplied by 35 is how many more shimmer records received in that fairly short time period. It’s very unbalanced rewards even if you are a top 10% player you can’t maintain that rank too long if this system doesn’t change we will just fall further and further down in the rankings
Thank you for highlighting my comment about the frequency of new Shimmer espers, Artiar! And thank you for noticing nearly the exact same things that I screenshotted and put into the main channel chat to highlight how good the update actually is.
We already have Djorser as a bull character, so I don't mind the design. It makes sense. I even like the new game modes. My only disappointment in Dislyte was the 2nd Anniversary event. 1st year fealt like a launch party, It gave Dislyte streamers a reason to go LIVE. 2nd year, It gave sum freebies but felt lackluster. It would've been a perfect opportunity to bring out a lot of older game modes, including the warm-up match and Chaos Realm. I would like one day the introduction of an additional tower to compliment Infinity tower and temporal tower during its down period considering I can beat both within an hour of its release. Another note is that older players are used to shimmers releasing 3 months at a time (normally). I understand they are filling the roster for shimmers, I think back to back to back catches OGs off guard since they want to budget resources for new META always. Overall Dislyte is still on the right track so hopefully next year Anniversary will be more eventful. I may disagree with some changes but I'm proud Dislyte has grown from its 400 pity infancy to what it is today.
this is my opinion why the community is like that when new shimmers come. it's because there hasn't been balancing for a very long time, and they keep releasing espers that have a big impact on the meta. when was the last time you think they did balancing? if i'm not mistaken it was when some shimmers got revamps like tevor, raven, jj, cecil, and some basic esper elements. I really agree with all the points you said, Lilith did a good job for the last few patches. I hope they continue like this so that this game gets better
The problem is not how frequent they release the shimmer espers imo, but how they design the new shimmers to be really OP and meta breaking on pvp ( especially how OP the pvp rewards once you reach top 1% or above on K.O and BB.).
Imo i hope to see a new shimmer that is specialize on pve , but still strong on pvp side ( just not a meta breaking ) so f2p player who is competing for high rank pvp can actually skip that new shimmers, and save it for later ( since they are not that game breaking for pvp )
There's a player who is only into pve contents too, so releasing a shimmer espers who is made for pve would make things more balanced. Nowadays all the shimmers are broken for pvp, but not really that useful for pve ( aside from story/tower contents )

i love dislyte. played since launch. and heck, I've not seen a single mobile game of it's size hire openly lgbt+ va's before dislyte. so I can appreciate that
if I didn't love it, I wouldn't complain about it. i wouldn't want better for it.

New shimmer is needed … why? Because those people at leaderboard spent money and resources to get those shimmer and all the meta esper… and what happened when majority of them already get their hands on those meta esper?… they got bored and it become competition of who’s got more money, soooo new shimmer cycle that breaks the meta is a need as much as new regular esper too keep the game and cash flow steady….
i do think they could've gone a bit MORE with the design, but i think it's just the color palette that washes him out so it makes him look blad, because he's soooo fucking sick. i'm so terrified of what he'll do to the pvp meta in this game though
The ppl you talking about are usually those who see a text being longer than 3 sentence and they are like "nah i aint reading it, its too much text"
honestly, my main thing with sethos is his skin color for some reason. like i dig the concept art where he looks almost white (and i think he has a skull face) but when the final design was shown i was a bit let down. i was thinking the skin would look more white and make him really look ethereal or something. but an alternative would be to give him a darker skin tone instead, to contrast his already light colored stone pillars. his skin right now looks a bit plain i feel.
and yeah, i don't mind the minotaur being not a bull, though i do think him being a bull + this design with the pillars would be pretty sick.
The only reason I’m mildly upset about the patch is Petros maybe being a Wu you counter (but that’s just my free to play cope, and probably won’t affect me as I’m not high enough on the leaderboard to fight people who could whale for him) and I think the legendary selection box is a bit of a downgrade (but that’s probably just me). TBH, the past few updates have been banger. Events have more content and they are just adding more things to do which is a major W.

I also expected a shimmer this patch. I purposely didn’t go for my pity out of the fact, that I looked at the interval Wu You released after Ikki. We should expect a shimmer every 2-3 months, and that’s fine.
Good point, normally when it was just a boring patch I try to find what can be good for me to prepare for since I was getting bored by the same boring patch, but lately these patches is gaining sustainability for the game n community, I actually got something to do rather than playing dislyte just to do daily stuff

I agree 100%. I've been playing this game for two years. I think they started doing something to make the game better after the anniversary. This will be talked about every time shimmer comes out. I'm not 100% a whale. and I think I will have Petros. I collected the rewards. (knockout, event market..etc). I didn't waste money on shimmer records.

Yea I'm actually looking forward to this patch. But I've also never been one to complain about new shimmers being added so for me it's always been more interesting than not, regardless of whether I got the esper or not~

I know what you mean, i think people who complain about the whole shimmer thing are either complete f2p or just too young to appreciate the good things in such a big update and are just too focussed on 1 single thing that they dont like.
This is a gacha game, ofcourse they gonna release new espers, new shimmers thats what the game is all about lol. For me there is so much to look forward to that i sometimes forget new espers are coming😅.

These players should play SUMMONERS WAR. They will appreciate the generosity of the Dislyte Devs. This MINOTAUR is unique! It's not a copy like other games.
People just like complaining! 😂 I think the past two updates have been great. Loads of good stuff, quality of life improvements. I have been playing for just over a year now and love playing the game. I personally like the design of the new shimmer. Looks great.
I don't agree that the community talks only about the new shimmer (already paused the video after a couple of seconds just to give my comment xD). My club has been discussing the other new content too. And there are of course pros and cons to the new patch.
My personal take on the release is that
+ The esper event changes are awesome. We get a new boss on top of all the goodies we already get there. The new chest espers are quite bad, but then again, it's free resos.... I get some people here will be upset that they can't finish off their Brewsters, but in general getting espers to rotate in these events are not bad. And again, it's free legendary resos with a CHOICE, which a year ago we wouldn't have even dreamed on seeing.
+ There's a JQ banner. He's very relevant in the meta - let's see how Amir and Petros affect his viability, but I expect him to stay very much relevant in KO/Triple Threat. So let's go JQ!
+ The RTA skins available outside an RTA season is actually neat and is an answer to something requested by the community.
A neutral opinion
o First impression of Amir is that he is another sideboard esper relying on something the enemy team does. Not having any PvE potential is quite a bummer, but then again, we've been spoiled with quite a few espers this year that have been incredibly potent in PvE (Feng, Su, CY, Sakura are all top notch, and Wu and Ikki comps can just trash infinity tower now)
As for the bad
- Petros seems VERY oppressive. Not only will he probably be tanky thanks to his HP scaling, but his static ability looks disgustingly oppressive (the first parallel that came to mind were MTG blue counterspells and prison effects - if you play them you love them, if they are played against you and prevent you from doing your thing, you hate them!). If Wu You is bad because she prevents any form of debuffing on her, the potential of stopping any kind of effects from allies on the enemy side is just insane and has the potential to shut down some very basic things (like your healers healing your allies) and neuter already less meta espers (Ahmed, Cecilia etc.). This is not a problem of "oh another shimmer", but that effect in particular that has me worried on how frustrating it will be.
- New Championship looks absolutely stupid unless I'm missing something. The stamina round is like whaaat? They don't even bother to give us both Fafnir and Andras? So people burn their stamina randomly from the first round before we get actual interesting content associated with this stamina burn? I really don't like this. And then the whole pre-selection thing I hope I misunderstood it, but it seems like it might put people already in a leaderboard kind of situation to make it into the "big boys league".
- The method of obtaining old championship espers' resos looks super dumb. So they are proposing trading shards of the current esper for older espers? Who would trade Momo shards for Yamato shards? And the way the current trend has been, most likely the next Championship esper will be better than Momo. This doesn't seem to "solve the problem" in any way currently, so I totally do not like this.
OF COURSE this is speculation when it comes to new content or changes - but we can only guess based on the information we have in the patch notes.
Honestly i really like the design of the new shimmer at least visually. Doing him a literally minotaur was to easy. And him having like and armor Made of greek architrcture could be a nod to the laberinth where the minotaur lived. The championship stuff is what it has me worried. It looks more generous but it's very confusing on the notes.
To be fair yeah I do I have to give more credit on the good rather than the bad, I guess mainly I got acostumed to be disapoinment that Dislyte brought on prior patches and I don't know fully to justify my emotions and yeah in the end I shouldnt spend it on negative energy.
For the shimmer discussion, Most of my anger from is given that every new shimmer shifts the meta (for better or worse), and for me in my case that I enter in the semi-f2p, it hard to keep up preping units for the new shifts cause from like a semi estable 2% before Wu You patch I siginifcanly droped lower and now its farming for Rival Runes to set new units to see if it might work or not (Point War wise aint so bad its mainly equipment and stat-maxing but theres control in there) and getting a new shimmer every time drops one isnt easy even with the changes its still a chance.
In my opinion and pivoting from a change they made maybe there should be a calendar for events like championship, new shimmer realeses and black markets, cause those are very important to know to start hoarding the resources for said events.
Design wise I dont have coment on it, I fairly like Peitros desing (sad for no furry but also glad that its unique enought to be set aside)
This patch is great. I was hoping to save up Shimmer records for Ikki, but I guess that will have to wait. I’m also disappointed that the first loyalty chest ended so soon, but the new one is better anyway. I just wanted R6 Zora. I didn’t even realize the new boss was a boss, I just thought it was for the new event. But all in all, I’m happy with the patch. I mean, as long as I get a reso for an esper, I can’t really complain.
that's the problem, everything in the patch is really good news but is massively overshadow by the disappointing desing of the new shimmer, the made the minotaur esper some plain white muscular dude, people are right, ethan demostrate very well what he could have been

Not really jq didn’t even get top 20 i. Popularity contest. Also their data probably shows that normal espers are more popular hence they keep making them. It is true that the furry community is the most vocal but that doesn’t mean they are not small. So dislyte devs still need to make money at the end of the day. Especially with how they stream lined the the process of getting a shimmer in the last up date.
This patch is a W for sure. But I have a theory, what if the devs know what Minotaur is a bull headed human but can't design Petros like that because of the CN policy?

1. I like the direction dislyte is taking, honestly I’m grateful for the efforts and hope they keep pushing for improvements in the game.

And I love Nick! But not digging this dude, literally Djoser feels more fitting for the character. So… is something happening on arts department? I really hope not…😬
Hi, big fan! You’re right for the W little updates! But for once i have to dissagree with your opinion about the compensation! I didn’t get anything from it because i had to gi till pity for the anna banner and my 50/50 went the wrong way! I dont care that it was nit a banner in wich you could choose anyone, i still grinded for those shimmerpulls and got screwed over now! It really feels like a back stab and the devs dont even listen about it! I know im not the only one in this situation and this complaint! It made me lose motivation in the game! It doesn’t feel fair at all! So i dont know what you can do about it but please adress this to the devs!
This reaction shows just how much the community has been hurt by Lilith. That at this point we actively seek out Lilith's schemes even if they are not really there. Besides, those who are mainly intrigued by PvP will never like a new shimmer being released (like myself) as Lilith does not balance the espers often enough, always leading to stale metas.

The Patch is good we getting some stuff, and the units a Look strong to.
But i'm more intressted in the Boss, the only thing i would complaine is why is he in the Event and not in the Main Game.

On one hand, a counter for Mavis Teams... On the other hand, once he has the advantage, you can't really make much of a comeback. We'll see...

I like his design. Though I still think they should slow down with the shimmers. Put at least 100 days in between new shimmer releases, but that's just my personal opinion.
Otherwise this Patch looks good to me. They have had plenty of good stuff in the last few updates, but yea, people are frustrated about things that Devs keep doing so they will be vocal about it.
Anyway, I'll keep playing because otherwise I like the game. Just PVP can get very frustrating at times.

First of let me say that i like this patch lots of QQL and rewards but i can also see why people are focusing so much on the shimmer. A new shimmer most of the time means a shakeup in the meta its just extremly hard for f2p or low spenders to even get one, you most of the time you have to choose wheter you want to compete in pve or pvp content but the meta changes so fast that i cant really keep up. i played every day since release and sadly never got to point war 20. Its just like i finally get this esper r6 only for him to fall into irrelevancy next patch i get this cool shimmer in the gold pool but its just cecilia. And we getting a free legendary esper is great and all but these esper dont do anything for my acccount what am i supposed to do with these espers i already have all of them but they dont progress my account. If i want the better rewards i have to be very good in pve and pvp but that is nearly impossible without shimmers or high resonace espers that are meta, Petros for me now means that it will be even harder to compete, I feel that is the frustration most players have.
They could buff some characters like Fumitsuki and Fatimah. Both are... sketchy at best.
ohh also,, from the design wise i think i know the concept, its more likely lilith embrace the labyrinth side of the minotaur. imo if i am the devs i probably do the same thing here, cuz we already have djoser looking like bull right? or maybe i will choose the path female minotaur, but again we already have female before (wuyu), so yeah,,

I think this is one of the best patch we got. HONESTLY, Dislyte has been dropping good patches for AWHILE NOW.

Gachas are casinos. They're not made for f2p they just accommodate and thats ok. It's just something people need to understand when they choose to play one. Enjoy the characters, aesthetic, etc. And stop trying to beat the people that are paying. Game gets much better when you throw out your commitment to it.
No one is complaining about the content. it was about time they improved something or kinda listed to the community, I also dont like Petros' design but im gonna keep playing because i still like some other things about the game. But tbh, they missed the opportunity to release an sper with a really cool design and improve their revenue...

You know we love the good things but the things that are not good are really not good for f2p players. You know how every esper works. What espers to use vs any esper etc. you have to be able to put yourself into the f2p or even the under $100 total spent in the game players situation in the game right now compared to if you can just get every shimmer every few weeks because of the massive amount of shimmer rewards the majority of players have no chance of getting and worse what we do get is paltry in comparison when it comes to shimmer rewards
i do know a lot pure F2P players gets high rank in the game as well tho

Well usually the people that complain are the ones that comment the most, us mega fans tend to remain silent xd, there is a lot of variety in espers people, choose the ones you like, ignore the ones you dont, simple as that.
Tbh I don't even like bulky characters, but still Petros is fine, why people not realising the changes and focusing on the bad things, they will eventually change it, I'm personally happy that dislyte is finally listening to us and changing game to player friendly
The update is amazing but new shimmer every patch is bs especially considering meta is centered around them. 3 patches back to back i mean come on. I remember when 4 star like emma could hold their own. Doesnt matter if they change the shimmer banner because shimmer records are super hard to come by as it is. Its just better for whales. The r6 meta was enough but now u hv new shimmer u can do absolutely nothing about. Its bs. Reverb doesnt help if the passed shimmer are being power crept to absurdity. Ikki should hv atless been in this reverb if they where ganna release a new one. The game is unbalanced and no amount of give us free elaines is ganna fix that. New characters especially shimmer espas doesnt mean new content, it just means more bs u hv to deal which in pvp where the rewards are.

The shimmer tick u can get naw is insane, I am playing on Sonic Miracle and im in top at knock out there, having literally a tick per day wich is insane. Also Dislyte devs are really trying to listen to us…and done amazing things lately

I agree with you, people keep on complaining and often they don’t even know what they are talking about. It’s exhausting.
Come on Artiar. You know I subscribe. I like all your videos but you are honestly going to play like you have no clue why most players won’t like the shimmer , I assume most of your subscribers etc are f2p and most players in game are f2p. So follow all the latest shimmer espers since Anna and they are op. Then the newest regular espers for the most part are very op or meta but of course you really need resos for them to be very good. Yes we got another reverb but inking and wu you aren’t options, Yes they changed the 50/50 chance thing but not until after I missed my 50/50 choice and then I get my returned shimmer records lol. I got 4. Big deal. I saw how many you claimed. You had 39 returned to you so this brings me to the biggest issue, The rewards for the top players every week are so much better and so unbalanced Just go from the top rewards. The amount of shimmer records you all get is insane and then follow it down to the point where the shimmer fragments or records rewarded go from the decent amount to basically none at all, Even if you hit top 10% in ko the shimmer rewards are terrible compared to all the spots above it. We actually haven’t sped up the rate we gather shimmer records. So to review. Normal espers we have a better chance to at least acquire but they need to be r2 most times and ideally r6. Do you realize how hard it is to actually r6 a Lego for a f2p lol. Then look at how many shimmer records you get per week in the game and now compare that to a player in the game that reaches the top 10% and below in ko and beatbout. I even reach a bit higher than top 10% but it only gets tougher and tougher, ikki. Wu you, r6 sue ju , Anna and then basically every new esper for awhile now except a few. All need resoing and just so you are aware. No f2p is r6 any esper using wishstones and even r2 an esper would probably wipe out their wishstones or bring them down to within one selection of being wiped out, and then the most ridiculous thing. Let’s give them another free shimmer but let’s make ikki and wu you unavailable as choices. Do you realize pvp in the game is where the best rewards are at and none of us can get ikki or Wu you and you know how important they have been since their release. You have to know we love the changes to the game but the lopsided rewards and then give us all an Anna and let us try to fight each other and we will just have to skip by the Wu you and ikki defenses as well lol It’s ridiculous with the darn rival runes also. Now Artiar you have always been my favorite content creator and I have only logged in via my phone one time to message you, this is my 2nd time. I told you the first time you do always help me through events and the particular event I had searched help for that time you helped me rank very well. So I always go directly to see what your video is on anything I want to dig deeper into that’s in the game, I leave a like on every video. I subscribe and I wish I could do more because I mean I’ve utilized your videos so much I am very grateful you take the time to help so many. That being said you have to know a large percentage of players that come to you for guidance and in the game are f2p and I know you can totally put the things I listed into perspective and see why you are hearing the moans and groans about another op shimmer. Most of us haven’t even got ikki or Wu you yet and our next pity on shimmers is I’m going to guess around 65 or more pulls before we even get our new guaranteed choice and then it’s another god knows how long before we will finally hit another 100 shimmer pulls. I’m not holding anything against anyone but please keep in mind how much tougher it is for f2p to try and keep up with the shimmers and the reso demands that are in the game now. Then they switch to rival runes as well. All these moves to a f2p appear to be designed for one purpose. To make more people spend in game. Even my 2nd favorite content creator ggez had to finally break down and put money into the game because of the reso system and which esper did he target. Sue ju. An esper the f2p player has only received limited ripple boxes where she is even in them as an option So if you remain f2p it’ll be some time before you will get Sue ju to r6. We face all the new shimmers. All the best newest espers. All resonated to r2 and higher right from go, The top 10% player in the game does not generate the wishstones or the shimmer records or fragments to keep up I will overlook this as I know the complaining over the game gets tiresome. I tell Dislyte in the surveys although I have these issues with the rewards and the resos and the shimmers. I still love most everything they’ve done in the game and still play each day but I feel I have a legitimate fear I am being weakened as far as how well I can consistently perform in the game when all it takes to make me drop ranks is keep releasing op shimmers I have zero chance of getting and keep making great espers available but only really great at r2 and then at r6 make them just next level. The only r6 espers I have are the free ones lol. Everett. Gabrielle. Thankfully I farmed her to r6 when I had the chance, Like I said you have helped me way too much for me to be mad or anything over this but with your knowledge I am a bit disappointed you would act like it makes no sense to you why you would be hearing negative things about another new op shimmer so soon. We are all still trying to get a shot at getting a Wu you or ikki and most of us not even close to being able to. I’ll still be leaving you a like here but as I watched this video I had to get over to my phone to comment because I couldn’t believe what I was hearing.
Not everyone can get Momo unless they upped how many ripples we get. Even if I get them all this time, if we get the same as last time then I'll have to either give up the next esper or just not get Momo at all.
I do agree that people are ignoring some of the better changes like getting different legendary espers, getting divinates for those espers, the new boss, night mode (which people asked for repeatedly), and how it certainly seems like they're keeping loyalty chests around.

Petros not being a minotauresq considered as a weak design is the newest most braindead take dislyte community have. We have characters that clearly indicate their patron god/deity such as donar, nuxi, liling etc. then we have characters that don't have a resemblance for their gods ( many of the fan favorites ) like embla, Jin Qui, anna. i don't see people making a hassle them not aligning perfectly with their patron deities. I personally think the current design for petros is far better than any fan art the community have cooked by a good length. The devs have their restrictions from china laws. im not denying that. Maybe because of that we didnt get the generic bull with a axe minotaur design and i love that. we got some out of the box design for a berserker character and yet some people just wanna be horny and miserable all the time. And yes about the shimmer unit changes, i second what artiar said.

lol or youre complaining cause you think whaling should give you an advantage and youre afraid actual skill a balance will hurt your ability to power trip on a video game and keep your spot if it actually became about strategy or provided valid balance for variation to exist. as it stands this game is just a shell out for whales and a couple characters that are game breaking until theyre nerfed and the new ones take over. Metas arent supposed to break games and people with actual brains want to be able to experiment or see creative potential. as it stands its just imbalanced and deters new players or casual players. so yah youre a dislyte no life... congrats?

The problem is that everyone is praising him from not being generic and the "easy path" but then you all praise and lick the ground feng xung and the gilgamesh girl walk on, you talk about how amazing their designs are when they are just random boring people you could find in the street. They literaly had one job, do the goddamned character that is supposed to be a furry a furry, they have wasted design after design, turning all furry characters into an unusable waste of space and resources, i swear to god i am sick of hearing you whine about how we got fed so well when in truth all furries in this game are mediocre at best, yu ran is useless, fu shi is horrible without r6 and embla, javid is a joke, trevor is irrelevant, liam is too niche, jin qiu need 2 copies and a mavis to even work, drew and freddy are 3 stars, daylon's kit is a mess, sander and djoser are unusable in apep because of the insane power spike. And dont get me started on the story, there has been no furry who has ever had a decent event, all are trown into irrelevancy in their own events to highlight some random and stupid npc, they are left to die or rot in prisión, never to be seen again. Becoming an anna Killer after Wasting 30,000 divinate discs when you could just use a feng xun or any multi hitter is dumb and too much of an investment.
Being the best just because there is no one else is not a virtue, we could have a better version of him next patch.
I did not say he was not meta, i say he needs too much to become strong, and even then he is starting to fall apart by the seams thanks to the current meta.

Desolate lands are dead, between rival runes and triple threat that content is the dictionary definition of usless.
Momo is not a part of the niche i am talking about and therefore irrelevant for the argument (not that it matter since no one can use her yet besides spenders)
And what if they are good for that?, in this game that stage of the game is too short, and i want to use them way more than just for the first month, i have them absolutely built and maxed after months of effort, and yet they are just collecting dust.
As for the furries, well, good for them i guess, if they can stand a game that does nothing but break their hopes and only spits in their face every time it can, turning anthropomorphic characters into bland humans, irrelevant jokes or into the recent galactus ugly brother it is their problem

Since KO gives much more shimmer records since a few months, it's not the same. (I'm dumb, I can't recall how long this is xD)
But people are hoarding shimmer records because they got everything already (not me 🥲). So where is the point when everyone gets the new shimmer (with slow releases)?
