▶ Rice paper potato pancake
Ingredients
2 potatoes
A bit of carrot
2 rice papers
A bit of salt and pepper
Some cheese (optional)
▶ Rice paper shrimp dim sum
Ingredients
15 small size round rice paper
12 medium shrimp
Some chives
1t oyster sauce
1t sesame oil
1t minced garlic
A bit pepper
1T potato starch
▶ Rice paper seaweed chips (Rice paper gimbugak)
Ingredients
5 rice papers

1 cup oil
A bit salt, sugar, ramen soup

6 small rice papers
some pickled radishes
3 oz spinach
½ carrots
4 eggs
8 crab sticks
2 fish cakes

I haven't be able to enjoyed any of those recipes since I was diagnosed celiac, it NEVER occurred to me I could use rice papers to make dumpling and dimsum; Thank you SO MUCH!!

Yes! I had been looking at recipes just this week and Google dropped off these videos to me because of my search history... I love this and the second video showing how versatile rice paper is for people like us.
The light fry options look incredibly helpful for so many other dishes. I like how she shows the versatility of the paper and how to handle it properly. Most of the other instructions I've seen have not been as complete and useful as this one.

Oh, I have some rice paper and had no idea what to do with it except spring rolls. I think at the weekend I make 2 sorts gimbap rolls (rice paper and one with nori) 😋

@@chungskfood yeah, I like gimbap my son too 😋 In my county beginns the warm weather and then I like more cold dishes, cold noodles and so on. If you have more recipes for cold dishes I would appericate it.

What is the best brand of sesame oil things of that nature that you use when you cook Korean food
For cooking Korean food, I recommend using Ottogi, CJ premium sesame oil Beksul or Kadoya sesame oil. All of them offer a rich, authentic flavor that enhances dishes beautifully.😊🙏

Very interesting and just what I was looking for. I recently bought two packs of rice paper, one in square form and the other round with sesame seeds in it. I seems you can use the sesame seed one in the same way as krupuk (rice crackers). I'm very interested in other uses as well, so I saved this page and subscribed to your channel. after rolling i place on plate they stick and tier when i try to pick them up later any advice please ps i love your channel

Just give it a quick dip in cold water (about 1 second), shake off the excess water, and place it on a plate or cutting board. Then, add your favorite ingredients and roll it up. This should help prevent any tearing. Also, don’t overstuff them! I hope this helps!😊👏👍

If you like gluten free recipes, save this and make it whenever you feel like to have. Have a great one!❤
One thing to watch out for is the soy sauce. Soy sauce has gluten in it, so people would need a GF soy sauce. Soy sauce is my arch nemisis because so many Asian dishes are almost gluten free... But then the soy sauce gets cut in at the last second 😢😂
