I was like 10, my mom and dad also had a little 10 foot scamp. I loved it!! Very cool to see somebody restoring one. I just find these things so unique. !!! 🤙🏻
a 10 foot! I can't imagine it being any smaller, mine is 13 ft :) I plan on continuing to restore fiberglass campers once this baby is complete, a 10 footer would be so fun. Thanks for watching :)
Nice job, looking great. You should paint the under side of your floor to protect it. Bedliner paint would be good for that. Love your little camper. Keep up the good videos!
I was thinking about doing that but the original floor was also just treated plywood and it held up so well! So, in the name of saving time that day, I didn't... now I wonder if I will regret it 😅
This is cool, dig the lift. We had a new axle put on ours in June and I expected it to be way higher, but it's just as low as before, maybe an inch or two higher... looks a bit tired. Yours looks great.
Thank you, yeah I'm so happy with the lift. The only thing is that now i need a new lifted hitch, or maybe this can be my excuse to buy a truck... haha. I was told that these axels are really uncommon for tiny campers but it felt right for me. Appreciate the comment :)
A new frame awesome. I can't wait to see the finished product. 👌if you get what iam saying Ellie paint it the same as your van or suv is what i think you call your vehicle. 😊🫶💋🔥✔️🇨🇦
Great aeirel shots from above, really enjoy watching you carry out this build. Shame we all missed the chassis build, the best part.
Great job, Scamp and U Haul both made those campers.Great video.
Thanks! Yeah there are a few companies that make these fiberglass eggs, I love them all.
