The show has a great story of Romances, Determination to Fight, and Comedy. And no Ecchi moments. I recommend many of u who didnt watch it watch. Its great. :3
This song has a special place in my heart along with the anime it’s attached to. I rank this as my potential number one favorite anime end credits songs! It holds precious memories from a happier time in my life… I listen to it again with hope in my heart again for an even happier time.

Another in the long list of amazing golden age of anime, I miss the 80s and 90s anime so much. I know this was 2001 but it was still riding the waves of the 90s anime creations.

WHY is Hollywood/Asian cinema not picking this up? We have so many shitty adaptations of mainstream anime. Angelic Layer deserved more than it got, overshadowed by Pokémon and other giants of the time. This is a story about a daughter and her paralyzed mother who is the co-founder of an AI technology that will eventually help her walk. The anime tackles self esteem issues in kids and in families, bullying, and not to mention the tech... this is all stuff that is incredibly prevalent and relevant to audiences today.
Somebody call James Cameron.
Freaking seriously agree with you. This anime was too great to become adaptation for Live Action movie. But just don't end up be same like Dragon Ball Evolution. It's such worst Live Action Anime movie ever made in history
The mom was disabled? I only read the manga but I thought she was helping a different (comatose?) disabled woman by participating in prosthetic testing... The mom had crippling anxiety about being around her kid but she could walk I think. Plus I don't think there's any AI in it, it's supposed to be completely controlled by brain signals right? Maybe they changed some plot points for the anime? maybe I'm stupid lol
@@Queer_Nerd_For_Human_Justice If someone still need this: they changed the plot for the anime. The manga was shorter and had a lighter story so the reason why the mom couldn't see her daughter was almost comical and cute (?) In the anime they made a more rounded excuse for her absence that connected Icchan too. That broke the continuity with Chobits n_nU but added more drama and maybe more anticipation for the final revelation. They changed the romantic pairings too, that annoyed me before but now I see it like an alternative plot or "what if...?"
This was not only the first anime I ever watched, it was also the only one I was able to catch on TV. I was devastated when I kept after school and missed the finale. Thanks to a throwaway line in the first episode I was able to find this masterpiece years later.
ah yes , my favourite childhood anime
this song is literally my top 2 song since the first time i heard it around 2004. at that time, this song with river-tatsuya ishii (gundam seed ending) and several years later, my number one song (unbeatable since 2011) is perseus-yamazaru from tegami bachi ending. this and perseus (and river) have never leave my playlist, from mp3 to smartphone.

Ai Emma In the manga, her mom won. That's why I like the anime's ending better. I have this entire series on DVD. Back in 2003, ADV-films sold it in the US as individual volumes;the boxset came out in 2006.
Thanks for uploading. This brings back so many good memories. Now I'm watching the show again, I've missed it so much.

You should but the thing is the anime isn't complete compared to the manga I think.If you really want to dive into it you have to read the manga and a few side manga because tsubasa chronicle connect to a lot of world and some of these worlds actually have a manga.
