- Problem description:
Yellow Ink Cartridge: A broken bag has been detected in the ink cartridge. This error must be solved and the printer checked and cleared of this error code before the printer can resume printing. Corrective action: Service engineer:
Remove the ink cartridge and check for any ink leaking from the cartridge. In some extreme cases:
● Ink can leak from the damaged ink cartridge and contaminate the pressurized air system,
● Air can get inside the Ink System causing bubbles in the Ink Tubes, which can damage the printheads.

Do you have any experience with printheads losing ink? My l26500 is losing ink in the light cyan printheads I've checked air pressure, purged the line, changed printheads, but I can't find any solution.
My photo black won’t make a noise when installed. That is the only one that is not making a noise.
I have a HP Latex 330 . I opened and cleaned the pip sensor, but when I turn on the printer is still showing the error. Some reset must be done before continue printing? Thanks !
Matias, pudiste resolver el problema del PIP? Actualmente estoy teniendo el mismo inconveniente por segunda vez en mi L 310 y por temas de pandemia no puede viajar ningun tecnico... no quisiera quemar el cartucho ni tener parada la maquina hasta que se reanuden los vuelos hasta Tierra del Fuego.

@@sebaemendoza13 Si, lo limpie y despues tuve que hacer un reseteo del error desde el panel de servicio. Si te dice que el problema es que el sensor de tinta funciona mal, pero te deja seguir imprimiendo, es normal, nosotros ya cambiamos los pip y se estropean de nuevo.

same issue.. how do you clear error? we changed the pip but the same broken bag error comes up. how do we start the HP 360 in diagnostic mode
