Bro, him screaming “I can’t breathe” means so much more than it did back when they wrote this song. apparently it’s been used at protests. Which I’m 100% behind
The director of this video made a couple of instagram posts explaining the reason why some objects or people are in colour and why others aren't (with a few exceptions). He basically said that whatever is in colour holds the power in that particular scene.
Everyone in gray is a statistic and everyone in color is another individual that carries out that statistic ... such a great video...and the guy at the end is ending that statistic by taking out the aggressor...
At the beginning I'm not sure you heard the news reporter as you was reading the quote but they was mentioning about human trafficking and the gun violence and that 👊🏻
Thanks you so much for doing this one . Tell the dad's to do it too. They will listen to you. I think everyone should see this video. I think this or darkness by Eminem should get the Grammy for video of the year
The director for this video also directed I'm Not Racist. The producer of the song, Tyler Smyth, produced most of I Prevail's album, Trauma, some of Falling in Reverse's new stuff, and a couple other big ones lately. I recommend looking up some of Tyler's band, Dangerkids, too. Especially Blacklist, their second album, which was written, produced, and self released by Tyler.
The color means that they are still alive and havent chosen YET As soon as they choose to do the bad things the colors vanishes And of course the colors gone when a persons soul is broken
Most powerful line of the song (not including Joyner Lucas) is ...."Dead is the land of the free"

I think the people who change from colored to uncolored are those who can still make their choice to change something ... and if they become uncolored, they have made a negative one greetings to germany: D
The things that are in color are the issues we face every day in our country. Gun violence, school shootings, police brutality, human trafficking, drugs, etc.
all the things in color are the things that are damaging humanity, the nurse if u pay attention if just pumping meds even though the pateint didnt want, the beauty contest was about women sacrificing their health for perceived beauty accolades. the church was high lighting the AWFUL things done to children by priests. domestic violence, police brutality, opioid epidemic, school shootings, bullying, glorified gun and gang violence. and its all being filmed. further highlighting people who witness and do nothing but post on social media. we see but what do we do? the instruments being highlighted im not sure,... could be a reference to the sometime diluted and superficial music industry atm. keep in mind this is just my opinion, but watch the video closer a few times. its much deeper than it appears. like in todays society some injustices are harder to see ,and some are DISGUSTINGLY obvious! yet as a whole, for far to long ,we just watch? THE TIME TO ACT IS NOW! IF U SEE WRONG ,SPEAK TO WHAT IS RIGHT! help thy brother ,thy neighbor ,and other fellow human beings.
i forgot a few it also had homelessness but it was just the sign i assume meaning not the people but the problem itself, the flag i think refers to a nation run by trump. drug dealers thats obvious, and the military one likely the u.s willingness to invade wherever they choose
The people in color are pretty much ppl that have the power and the kid with red hair that was shooting that was about the columbine shooting one of them had red hair
Now you need to do some profits of rage it’s Chuck D from public enemy with a band from rage against the machine “ unF**k the world or all hail to the chief
The guy at the beginning, where it showed the kids standing for the pledge, and he came in with his hair highlighted, I think is representing Columbine.
The singer tweeted there at exceptions but for the most part everything in color has the power.
Ya, cuz dude going out of color, then putting that bag over the dude's head, definitely an exception! Lol
I think the people "in color" (as in NOT "black and white"), are the ones destroying the country.... some people switch sides, good or bad
The trigger warning, saying it “may induce Trauma” is a subtle nod or reference to I Prevail’s latest Album ‘Trauma’

Shit hits my bones when he screams it...
Its been used at protests cause its something George Floyd said (I think, I didnt see the video)
The I can't breathe part was put in there because of Eric Garner
I Prevail is one of my faves. Their music is so good. This song makes me emotional

wow. blown away right now, with tears in my eyes. powerful. perfect.

I think the red haired kid was in reference to the guy who attacked the Colorado theater a while back.
That was my first thought when he walked into frame.

Man, I love the outlook you have on this song. I love the theory you have, and I'm glad I subscribed to your channel.
This shit makes me sob every fucking time. This is so fucking deep, and real.

When he screamed “I can’t breathe” ugh. Hit me to the core because of Eric Garner and George Floyd...

When are you releasing the Casisdead vid
The color represents power whoever has the power in each scene has color
I took the color as representing being/feeling alive and the black and white as being dead, literally or on the inside.
Please check out the video “Gasoline” by I Prevail. Amazing video and message!

Dude who went from color to black and white and put the bag over that guy's head seemed pretty in control

React to Dear Agony by Breaking Benjamin
The table scene is just people always taking pics and on their phone, plus many countries see US and think everyone is just obese too ha
Only reactor to pickup on the color changes.
Man. Too much talk during songs. Why I haven’t subscribed. Get over yourself for the artists sake.
