Thanks for the compliment ! I pretty much just call it 'Machinima', because people kind of know the word :) Most everything is hand-animated in Maya (except some of the physics!)

One of the reasons why I often need one & half a year to return to WoW for like 6 months is also because I cannot get Scarablord.
WoW Classic was the best time of my gamerlife.

Idk why it was just the horde but nothing makes me happier than holding the aq gates for no reason, on my server we weren't even going for scarab lord, a lot of people just wanted an excuse to take a break from the game or even better, start leveling an alt.

To be honest, who cares about sylvanas.
On our server twas the opposite: Horde was finished and Alliance then got carried by the top Horde guild despite having higher pop.
On Herod US we used the Neutral AHs to help the Alliance get their side finished.
his version of 2006 don't really match my memories ; a week after the patch nobody could be arsed to bother with the war effort and blizz had to implement an auto-completion.

These Machinima's are getting clean and very well done with their editing and animations.. I'd be down for a serious lore vid about anything. Someone's upbringing or some such. But this is amazing..I member back in the day when machinimas had the stock wow engine animations for everything and that was it. This is beautiful

It was the other way around on Mankrik. The biggest horde guilds made alts on alliance to get their war effort done for them.
The guild/bg leader is the best character ever created.

2:10 true. I remember on my first character (priest), as i lvled up, i'd try to get the best blues for my lvl. I thought i was hot shit when i got the full T0.

As someone who has went back and forth between factions this comparison is fairly accurate. Alliance players generally are your speed through to get to the end folk, where Horde players tend to be more we'll get there when we get there types. Neither is better than the other, but I have had much much more fun in Horde guilds than I have in Alliance ones.
Proud to take part of the 10 hour war effort to deny Grizzly their Scarab Lord after they did 98% of the war effort
They transferred to a dead server and all got it anyway
On Pagle US, an alliance guild prepared and tried having all the mats ready on both horde and alliance day 1. They miscalculated how much was needed so we needed to wait. Then bliz miscalculated how long the invasion should last for and we had to wait a few more hours for that to be done.

lul accurate. in classic us on horde didn't give a shit about hte AQ opening. We were more focused on PVP and other shit. The alliance had to make alts to turn in shit for our side.
This is pretty much what happened on Whitemane. My sole contribution was putting a bunch of firebloom on the AH at a slightly discounted rate. Also horde are definitely selfish af, just go to ZG island and see them sitting on top of the hut while people get ganked by alliance below
All today's wow is about is just getting you to the end game as fast as possible so you can buy wow tokens every season.
And the players base will sped hundreds of dollars for carries every single season.

It’s a known fact that alliance are bad people playing at being good whilst horde are good people playing at being the bad guys.
I remember on my Server on Day 3 or 4 something, Alliances pissing on us with their lv 1 alts on chat why we didn't finish the War Effort yet, how they took vacation and blablabla hahaha
after the orc said zug zug, at the bottom in small caption it said "elf go brrrrr" and it got an audible chuckle out of me.

I agree on that blue gear comment in vanilla. I remember having that blue blanket cape on my warrior (I played day 1 vanilla) in whatever zone I was in at the time I was looked at like a god.
