Surviving and thriving in the stock market during a SHTF scenario requires preparation, knowledge, and adaptability. By diversifying your portfolio, building an emergency fund, staying informed and developing a trading plan, you can navigate the challenges of a market crisis.

So how exactly can we guard against the coming financial reset for 2024? Like what are really the best strategies to make our portfolio recession proof against the incoming financial reset? I'm very worried about my $110k stock portfolio.

Yes, that's true. I learned this lesson the hard way in 2020 when I lost almost everything. Since then, I've switched to using a financial advisor and have been gaining at least $25-30k every quarter. I've been sticking with investing through an advisor ever since.

Great topic with a good Canadian source. We've been prepping for years just because that is what our parents taught us. Country living, gardening and self sufficiency. Community is a challenge though because of the influx of city dwellers wanting to experience country living from the seat of a side by side. these people want but really have no clue of 'loyalty'. Beware! Going to the grave with one true friend is a reality.
    Keep on preppin'!!

I've been a prepper for years and it's been really interesting watching George slowly go down this SHTF rabbit hole haha. The data, discussions and concerns you have shown within the past year or so has been interesting to see progress. George has always spoken of the corruption and the malthusianistic undertones of the movements in the markets and countries, but it seems it's getting to the point where even a well-off person as himself needs to start taking this stuff more seriously. Honestly George, it is great to see!

Just take a boat loaded with your supplies to an uninhabited island on one of the great lakes and chill for a few months. But first go there and release some small pigs, goats, hearty chickens, wild turkeys, pheasants, rabbits and a couple sheep first. You'll have plenty of meat because except for one island there are no predictors like wolf, coyote, lynx, bobcat, skunk, raccoon or mink.

When it comes to water... don't just store water. Own the items that filter and purify the water AND acquire the knowledge of how to do it with little or nothing. When it comes to food, freeze dryers like harvest right are ideal BEFORE the crisis but may not have power DURING the crisis. Acquire the knowledge to smoke, dry, salt food for preservation without modern appliances or electricity. FAT is where most peppers fail for food. They store rice and beans for protein and calories but have no FAT. People think they will hunt, but game will be unavailable, just like it was during the depression and It is too lean and not enough FAT. Without fat, you will literally die. The problem is that almost all fat will go rancid too fast for a "prepper" to stock it for long. The solution is coconut oil, which has antibacterial properties and can last indefinitely without spoiling. I have used coconut oil that is several years old on a daily basis and it is no different. Without coconut oil, have a plan kf how to get FAT or you will die. Learn how to make a root cellar. Learn how to make a survival structure, preferably underground due to various threats. Learn about the solar cycles and the threat that is coming - see Suspicious Observers channel for education on this. Consider joining a volunteer firehall and learn about basic medical skills and also how fire works in a structure. Learn how to make home made concrete without store mix and how to make your own stove / oven / fireplace, etc.
Get a Bible, like the NIV version, which not only tells you how to prepare for crisis, but also will spiritually see you through. People don't understand how their spirits can fail after hardships take their toll mentally and spiritually over time. Look at any surviving outdoors TV show where people quit. Learn about how a ketogenic diet works and be prepared for it. Store electrolyte supplements and understand refeeding syndrome in the event you have to go without food for several days, because you can die from refeeding syndrome.
The list goes on and on, but more than anything is you need knowledge of these things more than the actual supplies that could be lost or stolen. The knowledge is what matters most.

Water,.food, fuel supply, community (family and/or close friends and people of like mind), relationship with God. Also, medical and dental are key-- either having some basic back-up supplies or peope in the community with that knowledge. 😂 There's no deep state underneath Donald Trump. The deep state is above all... Trump included! Putin confirmed that with T Carlson.

Excellent show ! One thing to add before a health body is -> The Importance of a Resilient Mindset
A resilient mindset is your greatest asset in any crisis. It enables you to stay calm, think clearly, and make informed decisions when faced with unexpected challenges. Here are some key components to developing a resilient mindset:

Personally I don't want to be next to or on water unless it's underground.Rain water collection and large underground storage, out and away from town but within driving distance.I prefer to not be near major highways or roads, Id like most of my living arrangements to be underground, sounds expensive but doesn't have to be.Solar panels and water collection out of sight.Def. got to have a community of like minded individuals.A electric bike, canoe, small boat, dune buggy,97 F 250,350.4 wheeler. Are some of the things on my hope to have list.

We follow both you and your guest (CP) and have done so for a long time.
The world is changing, and being prepared or able to thrive or just survive is the goal.
Not everyone has the wealth or skills to adapt to what may likely come.
Perhaps both of you need to prepare your content if information to a larger audience that need critical information.
No doubt many have no idea of potential events that will impact life as we know it.
    Thanks to you both.
Stay safe, get prepared, and work on your ability for change.

I was 17 when Hurricane Andrew blew through Miami taking with it electricity and homes. Our home stood but electric was out. Fortunately my step father was always preparing for worse case scenarios (today would be called a prepper). I was trained on firearms, archery and self defense since I was small. He alway seemed to be doing too much too much, but I appreciate all the lessons (I’ve now grown to take the good and leave his bad behind). But after Andrew to see how people behaved. How quickly people would mob a food truck at a grocery store and assault the driver (they had to come with armed guards after). We would go out just to see if there was some extras we could pick up but we really didn’t “need” anything. And b in mind we were far from rich but it’s doable.
Miami was also treated throughout the years with the possibility of nukes from Cuba (so much news coverage, real or imagined).

Fantastic! I personally think the reason we're starting to see really high level convergences of smart people, is while they each have their own particular view of what's coming, they're also smart each to see adjacent problems, and then seek out help in that particular arena. IE, "How do I set a distributor into an engine probably?" Somebody somewhere said that Navy SEALS are so good because they master becoming an expert at becoming an expert.

Indeed, on the social, cultural, financial, economical, military and climate front things are going south - that's literally everywhere and of course that's no coincidence. And like Chris says "it's really just a matter of time before something brakes". True, of course that's true. Then there will be the coinciding domino effect. It doesn't look good indeed, but how long we've been looking forward to all of this to happen. And we don't even need to worry about all of the future turmoil. We don't need the financial wealth, we don't need to prep, need no guns or outsmart others. We just need to be a tiny bit more patient and meanwhile stay on the 'narrow road that leads to life that only a few find'. Things will go from bad to worse, a 'Great Tribulation' is waiting, resulting in Armageddon - the war of God against most of us. We have been rediculed over the many years we've been preaching to people on the subject, but here we are. As for us, we just need to stay loyal to God. At the end of this Great Tribulation - a very miserable period for all of us and for most very frightening - this is what we do: "Go, my people, enter your rooms and shut the doors behind you; hide yourselves for a little while until his wrath has passed by." What about you? Will by then his [God's] wrath end your life? Why don't you stop wasting your time only at activities that don't matter to God? That's stupid. How sad would it be to find out that it is God who could have saved you; if only you would have done what he asked you to do. Do you still think this is all funny, like we've been rediculed for so long? Then enjoy while it lasts. Listen, the moment our leaders united claim 'peace and security' (read your Bible) is when you can count your days and those of your loved ones - it marks the beginning of the Great tribulation. Which means that as long as today's wars are going on, you likely will be relatively safe. Use that short time you have left to find that narrow road! Or die with this demonic system. And btw, there will not be a (widespread) nuclear war. God will not let that happen, the direction the future will take is completely different. Start reading your Bible and you'll know.
