Swansea Festival And Tour of the City

- So to promote the start of St David's Week and the Wales Rugby Game this past Saturday Weekend the event was held in the Castle Square in Swansea City Centre which included Food Stalls Cooking, Dancing Acts ect and also as said the Wales Rugby Game!
In this video I show you around the city center itself so enjoy the video!
This video is incredibly important I think, it's an archive of a Swansea that no longer exists, next to all of the shops in the center of oxford street have changed multiple times over the decade and I felt like there was more prosperity and life in the city, most of these types of video are in the last 5 years but this one is significantly special in its age and what it represents, please never get rid of this

That was fun! One of my ancestors came to the USA from Wales (Pontypool, Monmouthshire) so it's nice to see a bit of Wales.
Hey Rob, I've delivered to the "Schuh" store in the Quadrant Centre a few times, see my Mercedes Sprinter visits Swansea video. Obviously I have to deliver to the rear, but I know some of your footage quite well. I always enjoy visiting Swansea, I met a fellow tuber "Bob Masterman" there. Great stuff, thanks for the tour. :)

it has changed so much I was born there but left to live in Australia in 1981, castle gardens looks a right mess now, argos was woolworths the town looks tired and old and scruffy not sorry I left best desicion of my life
I think you left just about the right time. Everywhere over here now looks tired and scruffy and it seems to be getting worse.
Fast forward to now and its looking even worse!
