Why are unit sizes so small? Looks like the largest army is 60 soldiers seems to break the grand strategy feel. Game looks amazing though I plan to pick it up at some point. Just wish the armies were larger.

It is 6 units in a counter. Each counter has 10 strength. Think of divisions in a corps.

Yes you can create scenarios
