This looks really interesting. I have seen a very brief overview of the editor in another video but I am wondering if a more complete tutorial of the editor is going to be made.
A tutorial will be after release. As I use it I improve it. There is a lot of data that can be changed. You can make Game of Thrones, D&D worlds, Conan, or whatever you want. Of course there are some limitations.

Edge scrolling and yea you can turn it off.
Fog of war similar to WarPlan. You can see a counter but not what is in it unless you are next to it.
