That's a good way to start 2020, recycling, making longer use of usable items, helping Mother Earth with the process, and making a bit of money. Good wishes and blessings to you, family including Salsa, and everyone here.
That book is a phone book, but the plastic cover was given to people by mail or I think hooked on the door knob. It was for companies that paid to have advertisements on those covers. People liked them because they protect the phone book. I had a couple of them during the 70s.
Hi. Taco, take a day off, sit down, you sound a little stressed. Your job is very important but so are you. Thank you for all you do, you are an inspiration.
Inside condition of suitcase doesn't matter that much. Torn or musty, I strip it out, add charcoal & fresh coffee grounds (dry) to help with mustiness for a few weeks, empty it, put in Sun for days, and rebuild. I glue fabric inside. And then use for storage. If mustiness is still bad, I can always store hard goods in it.
Hey Taco . The sky looks like a painting all right. Beautiful. I've been to Branson Missouri . I don't live far from there really. I love all the shops and history there . And the caves are cool. PEACE ✌✌✌✌💖💖💖🐕🐕🐕💞💞💞
Ahh that's nice that you grew up mostly in Missouri. I grew up in a very small town called Bishop California and now I am in cold Nebraska now lol and my mom died two years ago and my brother died back in 2013 and my aunt lives in Missouri now. It's a nice town I went their for a visit before.
To get the light bulb out, take a raw potato and push it down onto the broken piece of bulb still screwed into the lamp and just unloosing the bulb by twisting the potato 🥔🕺🏻
Hi I lived in Missouri’s for some years but I’ve lived in Iceland longer. Fun in Branson. Thanks for the ride like to see the neighborhoods and the treasures that you find, blessings. Margaret n Iceland
1976 was 44 years ago. That yellow pages book might be worth something to a collector because it’s from the Bicentennial year. However, if you can’t sell it, I’ll bet Paper and Moose would love to have it.
This day was okay, I love walking along with you and I feel like you're talking to me. You're my fav. I see Mc Donnalds in the background and, you know, that is the only fast food place that hasn't made us sick. . . yet.
If you lived here in Nebraska you would love my brothers house, hoard city,my sister and I have had a dumpster, but his house is full,we need too have a auction!
I play a game while I watch your videos called Chair, Fan, Lamp and Grill. If all four of them appear in the video, I get the treat of my choice. WE HAVE A WINNER!
Top shelf in your house with all those beautiful tall bottles that are the same size and shape, what are they as I love those and your display is beautiful too.
Happy new year, Taco. Our Kansas winter is really mild this year, too. My coworker said the same as you about February. I only hope we don't get an ice storm.
Dude, you are the Wow factor. We love the commentary on everyday trash to treasure. You keep it real. Thanks for not doing "click bait".

You can tell you have a good, old soul. Not many men would even notice how beautiful a cloud would be!!! You're the BEST!!!!
Thanks for stopping by the stream today! Big respect towards ur work!
When I was a small child my father had a shoe repair shop. I can still remember the smell from the leather, and machine oil. Happy memories!
The old suitcases make great cat and dog beds you can create
Fun finds and Branson is a nice place
Trasure hunting fun!!!
Pet bed suitcase! What a great idea. Animal printed remnants would be adorable.

I love when the sky look like a Maxfield Parrish painting.
Those morning skies are beautiful. I am impressed that you got that big bar-b-q up into your van. Nice work.

Suitcase is sweet. I stack the flat topped ones to make side tables and storage for blankets, candles, books, etc.

I wonder if you could do a video about what happens once you get home. How do you sort/store/sell all the things you collected.
Happy New Year Taco Stacks! You'd be shocked to see Branson now a day's, it's changed a lot since your childhood.
