As you can see, we were able to accompany Simon Metzner again in his little ACTOFIVE CYCLES workshop with our camera on a bike build mission! It's super nice to see how he started his journey with a steel frame …and now he is able to create such unique pieces of art for customers! The bike in this video will also be exhibited at this year's Eurobike Show! So feel free to come by!

Ich freue mich so sehr, das Dresden ein neues Aushängeschild zu bieten hat!
So neu ist das gar nicht. Lustigerweise war ich bei Sour und Actofive bei einem Firmenbesuch und erst dort und später im Gespräch mit anderen ist mir aufgefallen, dass Dresden eine sehr hohe Dichte an genialen Radherstellern hat.
Seit langem mal wieder ein Bike auf UA-cam, was den Titel "Dream Build" wirklich verdient. Feinste Auswahl an Komponenten und wirklich sehr hochwertig in Szene gesetzt! Bike und Video sind ein Traum! 😍

Einfach immer wieder schön anzusehen, wie ein solch Tolles Projekt entsteht.
Schaft ablängen und Kralle einpressen. Hätte nicht gedacht, dass ich etwas sehe, was ich noch nie gesehen habe. :)
Es muss auch kompliziert gehen!!😂 das Ergebnis ist allerdings perfekt (:
Bin selbst bike Mechaniker, und seit ich 1992 mit 12 Jahren mein erstes richtiges MTB hatte, Schraube ich auch selber.
1 Die Tisch Oberfräse ist zwar komplett übertrieben, aber wenn ich eine in der Werkstatt stehen hätte, und man kann den Fräser mit ordentlich Vorschub fahren, dann würde ich es auch nur noch so machen!
2 Das Werkzeug um die Kralle von unten " rein zu ziehen" kommt eigentlich aus dem Rennrad Bereich. Damit man das Carbon Steuerrohr, durch das Einschlagen der Kralle, nicht unnötig belastet oder gar staucht. Hat er halt für die Hippster Intend Gabel gemacht!! 🤭😉🤮
@@robertkoleczko3987 Hipster ist da gar nichts. Fahre selbst eine Edge und die ist z.B. der EXT Era V2.1 überlegen. Wer bei einem Carbongabelschaft eine Kralle montiert (egal ob gezogen oder geschlagen), dem ist nicht mehr zu helfen. Dafür gibt es Expander. Ich würde jeden Bikeshop meiden, der eine Kralle bei Carbonschaft verwendet.
