I hope someone this good could repair control boards in the Philippines! In our country everything seems to be disposable. Just recently, a Samsung repair center came for a "dC" error and the serviceman replaced our panel board and they collected P5850 + P500 (USD 120++) for that problem. More will be collected when they replace the inlet valve!

but i have one doubt,,
BT136 having 3 terminals like MT1,MT2 and gate.
ACS1086SN IC having 3 terminals like out,common and gate.
I want to know what is the reason to solder bt136 gate pin to acs1086sn common pin.
bt136 gate is a trigger pin but u connected to common pin of the acs1086 ic.
i cant understand how its working,,, please explain working principle

Yes pinout mismatch between ic.wiring is not matching pin outs.it should be like gate to gate...com to t2 and input to t1

1. Stop background sound as we could not hear the engineers voice clearly.
2. Increase the tone if the engineer voice as his voice could be heard in whispers during the explanation.

Can I use TIC226m triac instead of BT136?....also can you please verify your connection, because pin 3 of the original IC is the gate but in the video you connected the gate of the triac to pin 2

yes due to dry run. valves gets heated and burns. then short circuit happens in PCB

Sir one doubt is this the same thing to do when the supply for the inlet motor in always coming on when we switch on the machine. The water is not stopping even if the machine starts washing...

My question is that in my Samsung Top loader, we have two inlets - Cold and hot. Only hot is not working . So would there be two different Switching IC and would one be bad needing replacement. And I too cannot find bt136 800E. So as mentioned by Usha sri7471 would bt139 16A 800V work. Thank you in advance.

there may be issue with PCB . you can replace it or go for universal washing machine pcb

My samsung machine valve (WA90F5S2 Front Load) is not getting instructions from PCB board. When I turn on the machine, water just starts flowing in. Even during spinning option, water keeps coming in. I called samsung, the guy told me that PCB board is damaged, either it needs to be replace or repaired. Please let me know if i can repair it myself? I would be glad, if you reply here. Thanks
yes, go for repair, if u have experience in electronics, then u can also repair it,
I've tried bt136, inlet valve started taking water, but never stops taking water, so finally I used the same ACS1086, works fine now. I'll suggest to use same Triac instead of using BT136.
We use bt 136 and bt134 never had any issue. maybe u have connected wrong

I have a Bosch washing machine imported from Poland in 2012. Few days back the machine started tripping when cycle starts. I with my little knowledge switched off the heater (cold water only setting) and the machine is working. I called up technician. He inspected the PCB and there was a black flash over spot. He cleaned it and machine started working. Now again since 2 days same problem is occurring. Last time technician said if the problem repeats we must change PCB. Is this a PCB problem or heater problem? This machine is solidly built bosch model. I don't want unwanted repairs. Therefore thinking of buying LG machine. Please suggest. If required, I will pay you for your services. No problem. Thanks
remove heater connection. and check, the thermostat connection should be there. and run in cold mode let see how it works
@@SomaElectricals It’s working even now with temperature set to cold (heater is electrically connected). Only by mistake if I start the cycle without resetting the temperature to cold, my house mains breaker is tripping as soon as the cycle starts. I have asked the BOSCH technician to visit again for this problem. Should I myself try disconnecting the heater by opening the panels?
