    Ordered on 16/4 , arrived on 19/4 and started having issues from 28/4 - The clean water in the station is insufficient, please add water. I tried replacing fresh water even though the water was as fresh as you can get in the UK. Nothing changed. Tried power cycle a few times by unplugging and re plugging it after a few minutes, no change. So yesterday I looked over the filter in the clean water tank for potential clogs and made sure the filter and the surrounding area are clear of any debris that might obstruct water flow. Detached water pipes inside the tank and blew some air to ensure nothing is obstructing even though it was as clean as it could be and then reattached the pipe, filled fresh water again and crossed my finger and started it again.. no change what so ever.Back to same error. I'm not sure if this is the standard quality of this X10 Pro RoboVac is.. Anyone's got any solution to my problem.. please advise.

    My X10 is emptying dirty water into the cleaning tray. It’s not going up in the Bin.

      I noticed my cleaning tray having water in there

      I think the dirty water comes from when the mop gets cleaned, this happens in the tray when robovac is docked and there is a pipe which is meant to suck the dirty water into the dirty water tank

      Make sure your dirty tank is perfectly aligned, that was the problem with mine 😂
