My ultrasonic sensor just completely stopped working a month ago. The carpet IQ doesn't boost suction on carpet and the robot mops carpet regardless of my settings. It also doesn't avoid carpet on "carpet avoid" setting. Is this a firmware bug?

I have a shark Matrix plus 2&1 and I can send it to a specific room using my voice with Alexa or Google home when I only need to vacuum one room in the house the only thing that is stopping me from buying this awesome vacuum is that capability is not there yet and I don't know if it ever will be but the day that I see or hear about it then I'm all in and I am will definitely purchase one it's just too time-consuming to pull out my phone just to send it to a specific room in the house when I can use my voice with Alexa or Google home with my Shark Matrix

I can only get it to map two floors of my house. If I try to map a third, the app asks me to replace one

How do you put it into mapping mode? I am quite frustrated as I can find NO WHERE on the internet that shows exactly how to do this from start to finish, either on the app or on the l60 itself. Often videos show the Edit Map screen or other map screens but I have found no one to show exactly how to get there from the home screen. I can't find it anywhere on the Eufy Clean app for IOS or the Eufy website. The Eufy help desk is an AI joke and they require SO much info to even submit ANY question that it discourages anyone from asking anything.

Suction is not really the main focus. Carpet agitation is. Mine got 40% on my deep clean test.

My vacuum is new i used it for a month but the battery suddenly doesn’t work maybe it sucked water !!!

How do I get it to stop charging at 85% so the battery doesn't destroy it's self by sitting at 100% most of the time. Allowing it do sit at 100% for long periods reduces both battery capacity and cycle counts by about half. Dentrites form in the cathode, damaging the cells when at 100%. An easy fix in software. Please do this!

Bought a new L60 for Christmas and only just now realized this unit had a filter for the dust bin. Mine never came with any filters or the plastic piece holding them in.

How to remove wheels for cleaning after it squished through a big wet dog poop 💩💩 💩 I really need to know. Like... really!! Luckily the rubber brush and spinning brush are not affected. And the airways not affected and the dust bin not affected... it's just squished entirely around one wheel and it's disgusting 🤢 The carpet is also fck'd.

just opened mine. Downloaded app and it’s just “waiting” to upgrade firmware. There is nowhere on the app to start cleaning or doing anything with the vacuum. Their help section is a joke. I’m returning.

Ordered on 16/4 , arrived on 19/4 and started having issues from 28/4 - The clean water in the station is insufficient, please add water. I tried replacing fresh water even though the water was as fresh as you can get in the UK. Nothing changed. Tried power cycle a few times by unplugging and re plugging it after a few minutes, no change. So yesterday I looked over the filter in the clean water tank for potential clogs and made sure the filter and the surrounding area are clear of any debris that might obstruct water flow. Detached water pipes inside the tank and blew some air to ensure nothing is obstructing even though it was as clean as it could be and then reattached the pipe, filled fresh water again and crossed my finger and started it again.. no change what so ever.Back to same error. I'm not sure if this is the standard quality of this X10 Pro RoboVac is.. Anyone's got any solution to my problem.. please advise.
