Hi everyone! I'll be making a giveaway video in the next few weeks. There will be two different items in the giveaway, and therefore two chances to win. Stay tuned! 😉🎸
A lot of great budget guitar brands are becoming more popular, Firefly, Harley Benton, Glarry, Eart, Grote, etc These guitars are solid axes with some upgrades
An incredible deal on any FIREFLY guitar. I have the SG version. Awesome products. I really wish to try the HOLLOW body someday. I have never had a hollow body.
Btw, are there any significant functional differences between the stop tailpiece and the string through design? I know you didn't want to get into it in the video, just curious.
Hi Dave ! Hey that's so cool Firefly chose you to feature their V model ! Awesome video and playing. I have been looking at this same guitar and liking the features you mentioned here. I visit Guitars Garden often hoping to find the elusive 3 pickup Black Beauty Les Paul, but it's gone as soon as it gets posted!!!! Firefly has come a long way with quality control and it is amazing to me they can make a guitar like the V and get it to your door for a low price!!!! Keep on rockin' and Happy Easter, Bob
Hey Bob! Thanks! They really do have some interesting guitars, and even just over the last year they appear to have added quite a few models. The Black Beauty style would be cool for certain! Happy Easter to you too!!! Best Regards, Dave
The only bad things I've heard about Firefly is that their fan boards can be toxic. 60 Cycle Hum got kicked out one a few years back for something innocuous.
It varies, as I move between A Minor Blues, A Aeolian, and A Dorian. However, instead of focus on scales, I try to think of the chord I am playing on top of... for example, when the key shifts from A to D, I play the notes of D Dorian, which is same notes as A Aeolian.
@@jaymesmustaine684 well I have owned around 70 guitars in my life and played literally thousands. My criteria is based on quality components. Excellent feel and sound and excellent fit and finish. Right now I own a Gubson R9 , a K Line Springfield a Nash s63 and a Nash t63 and on the less expensive end a highly upgraded Hamer Monaco Korina single cut with 2 P90's. All of these instruments are top notch.

I've always been curious about the flying V design. Never played one.
Looks like a great guitar. Especially for the price.
A couple hrs ago I received an FFLV too! Was supposed to be a FFLX! Hahaha! As a bonus it's also a return! Wowww

LOL I saw that when I was searching UA-cam for Firefly videos :)
🤘Enter me
I can't wait to pick one up! Great vid!
Is it easy to play pinch harmonics on this guitar ?
Yes
One Person come out in my mind: Michael Schenker😊
hey man, i love these videos, but do you think that these guitars are worth buying? i want to but i dont want to waste my money ya know?
I just got the Honey-burst. Did you get a case for your V, if so, what case fits these FFLV's? Great video! Thanks!
They look just like the Schecter Vs so I bet there V case would fit the Firefly V. I have 2 of these Firefly Vs and I love them.
What is the scale?

No I mean what is the scale length of the guitar? 24 3/4?

Looks fantastic input jack location totally ruins it though I won't be getting one
Just because of the input jack location???
Head stock looks very schecter for the price I gotta check it out as I'm looking for another V guitar.. thanx for the video
I have 2 of these and I’m almost certain there a direct copy of the Schecter V
Don't care about cheap guitars.
Just came by to listen to you play !
Cheap guitars are a total waste of money 💰. Save up and get a quality instrument.
I have 2 of these Vs and I can tell you they are not a waste of money. Stop being a gear snob and try one before you judge.
@@jaymesmustaine684 I have literally tried hundreds of cheap guitars and even owned a few and none of them matches up to a quality instrument.
@@stratmagic6893 what are you considering a quality instrument?

The neck looks VERY wide. Is it wider than the Gibson?
About the same
