ASP Open Top Ballistic Nylon Handcuff Case or Pouch

This is a genuine ASP handcuff case, or cuff pouch. You can find them on the handcuff warehouse website, amongst others. They aren't cheap. The problem is, the brass from the closing mechanism rubs against the handcuffs. In the old days when all ASP handcuffs were polymer coated, it would not have been much of an issue. However if you use Ultra Cuffs, their ones made with forged aluminum frames, the finish on the cuffs gets scraped by the snap's grass material. Over time it will likely wear a permanent mark in the handcuffs. Not good.
But over all, they do look nice and are a functional case. But I just would not recommend them for the modern all-metal construction cuffs of ASP.
