But you’re right. Take it one day at a time. Why worry about all the years ahead of me when this one isn’t even over. It’s hard not to, but watching this video helped mitigate the doubt and anxiety that mindset brings me. I’ll have to continue trying to look on the bright, slower side.

For me, I would rather that the world "ran away", and just left us to live our lives happily; rather than intruding all the time. Now, I wonder if that is even remotely what you expected someone to say?
Maybe because I have a vast inner verse and can deny here and now at whim...and come back...I don't feel held hostage by anything I'm subject to experience or are challenged by. I'm arrested in the moment by choice alone.
