- Being a Machine, the Terminator thinks that he is invincible against other characters' superpowers, including magic, fire, martial arts, etc. stating that he is a machine and thus he is unbeatable in Kombat.

@@juancarlosrivera5689 No, but you can string together several of them for a given guest character to assemble little mini-plotlines. Joker, for example, goes on a bit of a spree, capturing and toturing Takeda to get to Jacqui, and then torturing *her* to get to Jax.

In a dialogue with Kitana, Terminator actually says he will study Kitana's remains because Edenian bodies are different from normal humans.
I like the way he spits straight fact.

He's a machine and as a result he behaves like one. In many ways talking to him is like talking to a young child that does not yet understand the concept of sarcasm or humor. In his case, he simply has no use for either. Both are a waste of time to someone/something with his purpose.

2- the terminator wouldn't travel through time just to look at kitana's grave, he would go to kitana and kill her to study her remains
3- it is not in the terminator's programing to look for remains just to study them. He would go to the person, kill them and then study the corpse for a better example

@@bloodangel19 Bullets, absolutely. Swords though? They need to be able to push aside the material being cut, which you can't really do with metal. It's like cutting a tree down with an axe. Even if the axe is stronger and sharp enough to cut, it still can't just slice through a tree in a single stroke. You have to hack away at it.

I like that the dialogue gets personalized and isn't just a bunch of pointless filler responses for each DLC character.
The ones where he mentions Jax and Kitana really show how far they went with this.
Yeah that’s one thing I wish they did in injustice two. Most the time it just feels like the characters aren’t really talking to each other. It doesn’t feel like a legit conversation. I mean sometimes it does when the DLC characters mention the characters by name but the main characters that were already on the roster just say things they say to already existing characters that really aren’t personalized they’re just what you described as filler.

Idk if anyone knows this (or if I'm one of the first to catch it), but the scene at 0:55 is actually a reference to Jingle All the Way, a Christmas movie where Arnold plays a father who is searching for a "Turbo Man" toy for his son, and "It's Turbo Time" is a direct reference to that! (credit to JB Jigga for correcting me)

The fact that he (non canonically I guess?) killed kitana based on the last intro dialogue is nuts
all intro dialogues are non canon, but since the whole character is non canon, that means his non canon history is that he killed kitana
so, its non canon but its something the writers imagined would happen
Love how the last one sounds like a continuation to an interaction Terminator has with Kitana on her being Edenian

1:02 regardless of when this game was released, i still _FULLY_ expected Kabal to say "It's Morbin' Time"
So canonically, this T-800 model is far ahead of its predecessors in that it knows how to counter martial arts and it can learn to adapt and counteract magical powers as well. I mean...he really killed Sub Zero and Kitana. Aside from a few MK fighters, most of their powers aren't really effective against this Terminator. Fire won't stop him, ice doesn't work, blood magic is useless, brute force is an option but it's built like a brick shithouse and on top of all this he knows everyone's weaknesses. Definitely the most advanced and dangerous T-800 Model there is. Skynet should just make another one like this and call it a night.

Yeah that one makes no sense. I could see him potentially beating Liu Kang, because he can probably shrug off most fire, but Raiden's electricity should be very effective at frying a computer.
