I recommend go for dual channel ram , if it does have dual channel then yeah it's worth it or if it has single channel 16gb ram then I would suggest you to go for 8gb one and upgrade ram otherwise the laptop is fantastic
I bought this laptops and its good every game works smooth cyberpunk high settings smooth and ofc you never do gaming unplugged for browsing battery lasts good hrs which is enough for a gaming laptop

TBH i will go with nitro 5 or ideapad gaming 5600h 3050 cause i dont trust dell as i had bad expirience with dell and in the case of TUF they have thermals issues

it actually spins but you can't hear them in performance if laptop heats you can hear the sound
