- A Mile of Mayhem - Or can I get a Guinness World Record?
Welcome to Toy Polloi Two.
It's time for the 5th update on this project as the collection of figures has been slowly growing. Lots of unboxings, and update on the stats, and the first time I properly line them all up!

I have growing pile of more Miles Mayhems for you Dave. My goal is ten before I send them!
Hey that's my handwriting!😁 Glad he came to use👍
Woop so glad you like them man! And thanks for the shout out!
Thanks again! Much appreciated 😊
Wow Dave, thank you for showing all of that work. What differences does the last purple one, have to the others? Just in case I ever run into these figures.
Take care😊
I think we should assume that Miles Mayhem is 6 feet tall and let Dave off the hook with a scale mile of mayhem. That would be 73 feet and 4 inches
He would only need 880 figures
Edit: I just got to 10:40 of the video so I guess I am not the first to suggest this
Nearly There😅
🤣😜
If you use calculate to scale, you only need 880 figures. Assuming Miles is 6 feet tall. Edit: I didn't read the comments until I posted. Someone already beat me to the idea.
You May have a couple of max mayhems myles twin who co drives buzzard.
Where did you have to go to lay them out?
A friends place called Clayhill Farm Rural Retreat. We had a really fun time setting them up. I've got way more footage than this that I will share on Patreon in future.
I did not witness the genesis of this project, so why are you doing this? is it because you want to get in the guiness book of records? 21905 figures.... I don't even know if there was that many produced.... or still in circulation
hope you reach that goal!
Did they make that many?!
Modern figures get production runs of 40-60k. 40 years ago from what I can tell there would have been much higher volumes made. And this figure was released multiple times. So I reckon there are enough.
@@ToyPolloiTwo I think the fact that he was re-released in a different deco at least twice is going to help. Let's say there are 100,000 of the original version, even if each of the variants are only 1/3rd of that that still bumps up the overall number to 160,000. The biggest problem you're going to run into is that once you've acquired a certain number you're going to start single-handedly inflating the market for them. If your goal is to own 22,000 of them there's a fair chance that that's more than 10% of all the Mayhem figures ever made; if you imagine a good chunk of them ended up broken and thrown away, and a good chunk of the rest are in the hands of collectors who want to keep them, there's only a certain amount in circulation at any given time and if they all start disappearing off the market the price will shoot up.
It’s going to take years to get there
Wonder if you have a world record.
I don't think so just yet.
If you end up getting 21,000 of them what are you going to do with them afterwards?
I'm open to suggestions 🖖
