In search of the big ONE on River Víðidalsá

True adventures, not many of those around with pool signs at most at the fishing spots. But they do exist and I found myself a little adventure on the stunning upper canyon of river Viðidalsa. It is not an area you go into without the risk of coming floating back down the river with a few broken bones. But climbing, wading upstream in the river and finding what to me is new water is simply a fantastic experience. To find a salmon resting in the gin clear water and sight fish is the dot over the i along with a little swim.
Be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire.
