This is pretty cool, I thought about figuring out a 1944 variant, the map would allow for an easy transition in my opinion with all offered powers involved. France would have a decent foothold in Europe with American and British troops, Italy would still be in play with a decent amount of German troops starting in the country, Germany would lose some eastern territory and Italy wouldn't have Africa but otherwise I think it could work especially if the armies were beefed up in number.
Maybe technology could be spiced up a lot, the last 119 Uboats supposedly were revolutionary, only 2 entered service. Jet bombers and helicopters might be fun too. Probably need a victory point system for grading...ie...did the Axis survive longer..did Germany actually detonate an atom bomb as stories do tell ? Without the captured Nazi uranium, how many bombs would have been ready by August 45' ??.
I saw this and tried it out i only have Europe though so me and my friend did it and we both agreed it made the game way more fun (we are both still kinda new and both thought that axis had disadvantage)
Those original Styrofoam trays from 1984 fit quite nicely nside those pretty new boxes, my global 40' teacher didn't much like it but I don't think he ever played classic A&A, it certainly helps having tweezers or needle nose pliers.
May I be so bold for all the A&A youtube watchers that the G40 unit strength numbers are in that is based on cost. You can look them up at www.axisandallies.org/forums/index.php?topic=40225.0
Heavy bombers now roll 3 dice each during the bombing raid, the total is subtracted from the defenders $$ and given to the attacking player, designed as a game ender but.... Like a 2nd or 3rd heavy bomber tech development (atom bombs away)
Very sweet video, great job.
The Cliffside Bunker thanks!

I think a 1944 would favor the allies, don't it?

Do you have any links to the data sheets for your variants as well as the objective tables?
Thank you
Just checked set up sheet,.SZ 96 by malta should'nt have UK boats
Germany should be in eastern North Africa, that’s my only grievance.
