Great flight! I am amazed the main gear doors didnt get damaged laning in the grass. I guess that why the doors are shorter top to bottom than the real deal.looks like the real deal in the air.
It’s amazing when the front/rear aspect is in direct sight line it just seems to blink to invisibility mode, I guess that’s what makes the real one such a headache for radar systems 👍
yeah people always seem to zoom in alot while filming and then you lose the perspective of it moving especially when there are no clouds, it ends up being a low quality static pic.
We tested several batteries today as Motion RC recommends we found the 6000 mA worked best all around. 4 to 5 solid minutes of flying. I don’t feel like this is going to be a very good grass model especially on takeoff. Hopefully your grass is extremely short and well manicured. Let me know how it goes. Thanks for watching.
Yeah you may be forced to get it up early but hard with no flaps. The only way is to go slightly tail heavy but I can guarantee how it flies like that. I would start at cg but not nose heavy.
We think it's the gyro. Waiting on the gyro control card to adjust. We're hoping it's not just the shape of the model. It gets real shaky at higher speed or wind.
@@insurancemann1 Any update on the B2 Pool Noodle? I am close to pulling the trigger, but at $700 Fun Bucks AND I then need to buy an extra programer to fix obvious instability issues? Nah. That flutter will kill the plane sooner rather than later. I also miss the days of 20 minute flights using gas (and glow). A plane like that I am just getting settled in at the 4 minute mark.
@@goodcopbadcop9872 I don't know if I could recommend this model to anyone. It looks nice in the air but it's just a big wing that is very difficult to land. It doesn't like grass of any kind. I don't know, I'm' just not loving it.
Thanks Bill. She does land well in short grass. We had one longer grass landing and it ripped the gear doors off and bent the front landing gear. I've only seen one or two videos where it would barely take off of perfect, golf course type grass. Most videos show it not able to take off and I know it can't take off on our fairly short grass.
Really keen to see if grass takeoff is possible. My club only has grass. It is very smooth though. Would hate to spend the money only to find I can’t fly it at all
Yes. Based on you awesome comment we are going to stop flying the way we like and only do it your way. Would you like to share any links to the videos you took the time to film and edit and post so we can go critique those?
Nice job guys! Happy to see it!
Wow, thanks Motion!
No problem man! So happy to see it. I will say, slow her dooown. Elegant and graceful is the way
It looks really scale when slowed down. Might be boring that way but if i had one I'd fly it slow in the pattern.
@@rodgerhecht3623 Just had a bunch of flights the past 2 days. (Videos to come). I never took it off 50%. Its so graceful and fun to fly low and slow
Awesome cant wait to see the new vids!
I like that you stayed zoomed out, gives a better perspective. Good video guys.
Wow the engine sound! Friggin awesome
dude, your breathing! It’s making me feel short of breath. beautiful bird and flight
Yeah the Covid did a number on my lungs. Working hard to get better. Long road. Thanks for watching.
looks so sweet in the air
Great flights looks Nice for sure, Jeff in LA USA
Thanks Jeff. Awesome model for sure.
What a flying spot you have! ❤️💯👍👍
It is beautiful, we are very blessed, and it's only five minutes from my home.
Congratulations!! And tell Alex Hello from Pax Aero!!
Alex says hello
great job bud, I just got mine today and will be taking it out soon!! Awesome flight!!
Hope you don't bounce it on landing and crash with this wing! GL
Good video and flying!
Thank you very much for watching glad you enjoyed.
Looking good. Two other projects before I get to mine.
Great flight! I am amazed the main gear doors didnt get damaged laning in the grass. I guess that why the doors are shorter top to bottom than the real deal.looks like the real deal in the air.
He should put some reinforce tape at the bottome and just land it on grass with gear up everytime! aka Parrot Disco style
Mine is coming today!! Cant wait

She does get real skinny real quick. A little aileron wiggle is all you need to get a better view
Dream field right there
It looks good, Looks like I could handle the wind ok except the landing.
Tomorrow afternoon we are supposed to have 12 to 15 mile an hour winds so I will see how she does. Thanks for watching as always we appreciate it.
@@insurancemann1 mine is due tomorrow
Will it loop? Roll? Fly inverted?
It rolls with ease. Looks amazing. Will test loops tomorrow and let you know.
how wide is it with the outter wing sections removed. be nice to know if it'll fit in my boot before ordering
I’m not sure. I’ll see if I can measure that for you lol tomorrow.
Nice flight man, looks really cool, I assume you went with freewings recommendations for the cog and the controls?
Thanks man. Yes we got most of the information we needed from a motions Friday live UA-cam video.
Well done, too much throw or not enough expo?
yeah people always seem to zoom in alot while filming and then you lose the perspective of it moving especially when there are no clouds, it ends up being a low quality static pic.
Thanks for sharing man, awesome model. I will be flying it off grass, what battery are you using?

@@insurancemann1 great tnx for the info, we roll it often and keep the grass short.

Please video grass takeoffs and let us know what it is like! My club only has grass however it is very well kept and short
@@putzytart consider subscribing to my channel, I post videos flying from grass often. PJ50 and B2 videos coming soon
Looks Great! A little waggy, is that Gyro or the wind? Mine arrived two days ago, can't wait to get it out there.

Great flights ! Very impressed how the landings went on the grass. Almost think if the grass was short enough you could do a takeoff ?

Sweet! 👍🙋♂️🖖🏻
Hey, that's my field
JaxRC!
Very nice 👍😎✌️
Thanks for watching Roy
hello would this plane be suitable for someone who has never flown flying wings, but has flown planes before (3d, jets, warbird)?
watched few videos about that freewing b2 and it seems to have some structural flutter issues when flying fast.. idk if its harmful for it but yeah..
It sure does have flutter issues. And takeoff and landing issues. I've permanently hung it in my garage. It's more fun to look at than to fly.
Beautiful looking bird on the ground but she really looks jittery in the air...
I agree with both points. Hopefully we will get the jitters straightened out once motion RC gets the Gyro programming cards in stock.
Looked like the wrong was flexing or was it an illusion when zoomed in?
We did not notice any flex yesterday. Will keep a close eye on that this afternoon as we have many more flights planned
Would you say that this is good for beginner/intermediate flyers? I currently fly the mini p-51 in intermediate mode
Absolutely not. No. Never. Seriously. This is a very advanced airplane. Hard to see. Difficult to launch and land.
@@insurancemann1 ok thanks for the heads up. So cool looking, but for the price I’ll hold off on that until my skills get better.
Wow
Ooohrah is a marines thing.
Yes, I was just messing with my Navy buddies. No dis-respect intended.
What stealth bomber? I don't see a stealth bomber.
I just knew he was going to chase a few birds out the sky, but don't try it with a falcon. He would get pretty pissed😂
Cool!
How the heck do you tell if its inverted or right side up lol
Pull back on the stick. If it crashes you were inverted.
Super 👍
Can it turn right?
No
my nerves is killing me, first flight on new model's.
i never see this b2 spirit bomber freewing sell on amazon or facebook marketsplace so sick
What sup Alex thought you flew helicopters
Nice flight could do without the one with the nonstop play by play, team.
Maybe we'll do one with complete silence just for you. Thanks for watching.

It's an RC plane...not a navy helicopter lol, take it down a couple notches
