I have been interested in aluminum tig welding for several years now and I have noticed that several UA-cam channels have recently started welding classes for a fee….lol I guess being a UA-cam welder certifies them to be an AWS welding instructor. They will even give you their settings for a fee…smh that is one reason why I started looking around for other welding channels and I stumbled on your channel. Keep those videos coming. I do have a few requests, maybe some fabrication vids where you cut, prep, fit and weld what you’re working on.
Earned a sub. Thanks for putting out info on settings. I would also be more interested to learn more about the gas lens in ac welding thing too if you have any more info.
Another option for elevated temps, is ER4943. It falls in between 4043 and 5356 strength wise. But, I don't think it takes to anodizing, if that's required.
@@Precisiontigwelding It's nice stuff. You may also see it sold as MaxalTig 4943 as I think that was its original brand name by the folks that developed it. But the generic is ER4943.
Thanks for sharing! Looking forward to more of what this channel has in stores
@@brandonscarfe8803 im going to try my best to keep it rolling hard! I have a lot of good projects coming

What are your settings 1/8” outside corner? I seem to either be too hot or cold and struggle with consistency
@@johnlistebarger3059 everything about the same, probably about 200 amps. I’ll try to get a video of a couple this week!
