Worst customer care. Everytime i refer to my complaint tkt no, they create a new complaint number. Runming after them since 21st March 24 but no results.

The product is not good. I bought a Reflex Rav FX on 20.10.2023. On 15.03.2024 the watch is found dead. Tried several times to get it charged. But, could not done. Went to Titan World shop. They had ask to talk to Customer Care. Called Customer care and received an e-mail link suggesting to send mail enclosing a small video, backside photograph of watch and bill. All sent 3/4 times. But there is no response till date, except assurance. Probably, they will look into matter after expiry of warranty period. Don't Buy any products of Fastrack. The showroom executive says, if the same product is available in the shop then that will be given otherwise, the customer has to buy product of higher range. Is it business policy or buy back policy?
I have the same problem now they are saying to deliver it within 3 weeks
