So, I am answering below some of the common doubts that I have been getting so that you guys don't have to ask it again and again individually😅. So read this before asking your doubts in the comments. Q1. What is GSTIN No.? Ans: For claiming warranty, GSTIN number is not a compulsory field. So it is ok even if you don't have a GSTIN number. You can keep that field empty. But still, for general knowledge, GSTIN number is a 15 digit number which is given to you when you register your business under the GST act. Q2. What if I don't have the box in which I received the Noise product? Ans: You can still claim the warranty if you don't have the box of the product. All you need to do is, after registering complaint, when you get a call from Noise, tell them that you don't have the box and they will suggest what you should do further. Q3. What is watchfirm version? Ans: To find out the watchfirm version, open the Noisefit app on your phone. Then open the 'My Device' tab from the bottom. After that, select you watch and you will see the 'Firmware version' on the screen. That firmware version is also called the watchfirm version. Q4. Does it take any charges for claiming warranty? Ans: No, if it is covered under warranty then it is completely free. Q5. Watch fell on ground and broke, Watch fell in water, etc. Can I still claim warranty? Ans: Physical damage and water damage are not covered under warranty. But I would suggest you should still try claiming warranty once because maybe they might accept your claim if you are lucky. And claiming warranty is free anyways. So there no loss in trying once. Q6. I have already claimed my warranty once. Can I claim it again? Ans: Yes, if your product is in warranty period then you can claim warranty any number of times. If you still have any doubts then put them in the comments and I will try my best to answer them. Registering warranty is compulsory... Doesn't matter if your product is working fine or not, you have to register warranty when you buy it. Otherwise, you will not be able to claim warranty in case your product gets damaged in future.

Agar complaint successfully register ho gya hai to maybe I don't think koi issue hoga. But fir bhi, to be on a safer side, jab customer care ka call aaye to unko call pe bata dena ke aapke pas box nahi hai.

You can go for online service. But I would suggest you to go to the service centre if possible. Because it will be easier and better to get it repaired in hand rather than through online
@@TechMonilShah I received my product (colorfit ultra 3). I can see the watch is a different one and the charger is a new one. Also the box which they have sent is already unboxed one okay. Is this is acceptable? Im not aware of it. Could you please tell me? My issue was, the watch stopped working and I wasn't able to turn on it. And then raised the complaint.
@@TechMonilShah confused as you have mentioned 2 scenarios right. (Repair or New One) Here in my case they have sent a used one in an already unboxed box..😀( seems the watch is repaired but not my watch )
If your product is covered under warranty then it's free... But if you want to repair it after the warranty expires or any other reason then you will have to pay whatever the charges are

Never buy Noise products. I registered a complaint on 28 February 2024. Today is March 22. After 24 days my problem is not solved. I also called 8 times in customer service but no Solution. I don't know when I get my product back.

Please guide me with my contact with noise support person as I registered my warrenty and while claiming warrenty my invoice image was wrongly sent so they sent me link on mail which was valid only for 24hrs but now when am trying to open the complaint again but its not allowing me to choose my product so i couldnt proceed with the procedure online

No, i don't think they will approve the warranty claim for the strap... Because you can easily buy a new strap and it is not very expensive also...

I think as long as you get the same watch model and it is in same or better condition when compared to your old watch, it is acceptable.

Try to claim the warranty once... And when you get a call from Noise, tell them that you don't have the box and the warranty book... They will suggest some solutions.
