Even i have sinus&migraine its like when its hot it pains badly but when its cold my nose gets blocked so it’s annoying i feel you! So the days when you feel sinus and head-pain take steam.. the days when your head pains and its heavy( migraine) just sleep and use jade roller massage it helps alot it did work for me . Also taking meds for long term idk how good that is so just giving you an easy way out works for me hope works for you too🥰😘

I would recommend you to go for a eyesight test. I think your eyesight number might have changed, which is causing you the headaches. Because I faced the same problem, and thought it's the Migraine but it
was my eyesight number.

Hi Aanam , If heat is triggering your headache do the things that are cool for your body internally..
You can read some ayurveda articles on the same. The easiest thing to do is soak your feet in cold water (not ice cold, normal cold water) for 10 minutes.. You can thank me later :D
