The dual pump, cell + surge is a known configuration for many cars. This specific combination of components for this engine is what I came up with after much experimenting.
Would that system meet the requirements for SCCA? I read you need to have a metal box around the fuel cell and a bulkhead between the cell and the driver.. I think those two things are the same?

It would depend on the series. I ran this setup in SCCA autocross. I’d probably want a bladder FIA rated system if there were other cars on track.
