HOW TO CREATE A NICE CREAMY PASTA FOR LESS THAN10$/OLD SCHOOL CREAMY TOMATO RIGATONI MEATBALL PASTA

- OLD SCHOOL CREAMY TOMATO RIGATONI PASTA
This is a quick easy pasta that will actually cost no more than 10-15$
It will actually feed 4-6 family members
And also very simple to make with very few ingredients
RECIPE:
1 pint heavy cream
1 lb rigatoni pasta( cooked)
8 large meat ball cut in 1/4
22 oz jar marinara sauce( i use raos )
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Place heavy cream in pot and simmer for 10 minutes
Add marinara to cream and simmer 5 minutes
Add meatballs to sauce and simmer until meatballs are hot
Add pasta to sauce and mix completely
Serve with a salad and garlic bread

People need money saving options that do not require a lot of prep. They also need variety. I have been cooking for most of my life. I was a fireman for almost 25 years so I did a lot of firehouse cooking and I love to cook at home as well. You and I are about the same age and I recently retired as well. Thank you for sharing. The food prices here in California are ridiculous. The Raos sauce is $7 per jar. A quart of heavy cream is $6. 😮The prices in Texas are so much better. 😊

Looks very good and so easy glad to hear about tasty meatballs I’ve never found any frozen ones I like . And Yes indeed we now only eat take out 2 x per month! It’s just to expensive also my home cooking is better than a lot of take out so basically I just do it when wanting a treat or escape from cooking everyday lol 😆

Yum! I just made your homemade Alfredo sauce the other night. I even bought some chicken to have with it, but I made the sauce with noodles and broccoli and forgot the chicken! 🤣 My hubby wasn't even that mad he didn't have meat, it was so good!
