Arnt you suppose to put the red positive probe to the drain and back negative probe on source?

Yes bro I also have same problem. Fans spin for 1 second but it turns off but if I unplug cpu cables it turns off.

It depends. Neye board pe 300 heat bhi kabhi kafi hota he, purane me 350 ke karib, wese hi purane board pe bohot bar practice karne se idea aa jayega, mene purane board ke upar jab pahle practice karta tha board jal jata tha. Lekin dhire dhire practice karte karte idea aa jata he... IC me kam heat se start Karo.... Jab heat jyada ho air Kam rakho nehi toh aas pass ke sare component ur jata he, aur heat Kam he to air Thora jyada rakho.

my 2 motherboard hee no display problem hee MOSFET kharaba hee kaha pe milega
Mai jab 4 pin connection nikalta hu to cpu cooler on rehata hai, lekin 4 pin connector lagata hu tab on hoke off ho jata hai to same mosfet ka hi problem hoga kya.
Check kariye multimeter se, VRM section is short this is confirmed

Desktop motherboard main k4213 MOSFET Mai drain & source main kabhi beep karta hai aur kabhi reading ati hai .tabh beep nahi ati....yea MOSFET sahi hai yea faulty hai.? Confused hoon.just clear it.

For testing any component with multimeter on motherboard I should remove processor first _?
No, only when testing vrm section in offline mode u have to remove processor
My motherboard Digilite g41 no display ,no keyboard issue -(cpu fans running and processor heats) tried some troubleshooting like cleaning ram check by one by one 1 ram ..then tested MOSFET with multimeter (buzzer mode) it continous beep for a MOSFET near atx PSU port- (mosfet D472A) and also tested 4 same model seems to be beep (tested. By source (redprobe) to drain(black probe) and vice versa ...so most probably any of the single MOSFET or 1/2 MOSFET shorted or all shorted ??
