The doctor explained extremely well in simple terms that a layman like me could understand. I have been researching on this topic given my hubby is MSI high with good CPS. Thanks for thr upload. The vid answers to a lot of the questions that I have.

I was offered a position on a clinical trial to try immunotherapy along with cross therapy. I turned it down. 3 and a half weeks of cross therapy was enough to shrink the tumor and now I am waiting for surgery. Interestingly my surgeon didn't seem much of a fan of immunotherapy. Don't know why. Just an update. I have been receiving Nivolumab for the last 8 weeks. It comes with a string of side effects, mainly fatigue, shortness of breath, pins and needles and diarhoea. I really don't know if the cancer will return. All you can do is have faith.

How do we, Jane Public, learn the results of the studies that recently came out?

Local doctors are recommending radiation prior to testing genetics. Are you saying that the 1st line for MSI high should be prior to radiation?
