Adobo's really good. As a foreigner who just travelled through the Philippines, the dishes that blew me away were chicken inasal, (usually from street cart fire bbq's) liempo and tocino. Well made tocino is one of the most ridiculously addictive things I've ever tried 👍
I think palabok is not a thing for foreigners and that's ok. Back when I was a kid I hated it, lol but once you eat it often it becomes your favorite. I like jollibee's palabok the most.

First dish is actually Pansit Malabon, you can tell from the noodles, its thick, the sauce sticks to the noodles as well. Pansit palabok is with thinner noodles. Although, it is same sauce, consistency of the sauce is different, its more like runny. I'm filipino, at oo dito ako sa Pilipinas lumaki.
