Draiman isn't your typical metal singer roaring out lyrics. He actually has a great voice. His ability to go from mellow to raging psychopath is clearly illustrated here. I love how in the opening verses he alternates between two singing styles to show the subject of the song losing their mind. This is a classic.
There are many vocalists who can do that way better. Draiman is not even a good vocalist, its always weird to me how these music plebs always say he has a great voice
