Everything is reliant on the phone and someone being near the phone to answer it too.

The sales department should of advised the parts department the car was delivered and placed the order for the towbar in plenty of time for it to be available when the first service was booked in, or better still the towbar should of been fitted prior to delivery.

I think they should have, but forgot to, that's what the show is all about, ie trying to turn around a balls up?
