14:19 what u doing right there is the SOS hand signal. The sea law says that they have to come over to see whats wrong. If not its the same as leaving ppl en dystres. And thats an international law 🤪
They will be in trouble if they don't accept it. That's the law. They can reject U.S. dollar, but I can call the police if they refuse to accept the Cambodian currency. And as a local person, I refuse to accept any 100-dollar bill that looks old and has stains on it. Thus, be more careful if you carry U.S. dollar bills with you.
First of all, it's under devolved Country and corrupted from the immigration officers at the airport all the way to whom selling staff on the street, no one here oby or respect or give a shit about the laws In any sector, a bottle of water cost 1400 rel ,but when they see you forgnier they tell you 3500 and I was told 4100 rel.i never by it at this price and never pay u.s dollars only local currency

Sis, Ice Latte in Battambang, Cambodia just only 0.75$ and Cappuccino 1$, and tasty can be compare with expensive cafe too. 😀
In my country Cambodia, if you go to Seim Reap , Battambang, Koh Kong... (province) it makes you feel fresh than Phnom Penh City.

You would save more money if you ate where the locals eat. you'd save at least half.. at least. Those places you showed were all tourist places.
We struggled to find many local eateries that day 😔
For boat 5$/hour so expensive
British sounds 😂
